We loved our time at Brookefield. We were the first to live in our apartment so they are nice and new. Dog friendly and in a great location close to everything. The best part of these apartments is the property manager. She will always make sure you are taken care of

Lived at this complex for about a year while looking for a house. Hands down, the best apartments I've ever lived in. The atomosphere here as well as how quiet and peaceful it is is extremely hard to find. The property manager was so nice and was always available to help me with any questions I had every step of the way until I moved out. Highly recommended by this previous resident.

5 stars is not enough the lady who runs this place Eva is the kindest most personal person I have ever met she is so attentive and professional she help me and my family get into a beautiful apartment here this place is beautiful and well kept she was detailed through the whole process helpful always available to answer questions then we moved in was some minor stuff needs fixing she had maintenance at my door before I hung up 😂 she is really serious about her job and loves to go above and beyond to help people if you looking for a place this is it decent prices beautiful apartments quiet and she is not the typical land lord she cares and listens to her people and is always willing to help brookestone you found you a Gem to work in your office Google need to quit playing and give her a ten star review and I’m a local Guide on here Google so yeah my review is legit and honest I’m so happy here 😊😊😊 thanks Eva

Brookefield apartments have been an absolutely perfect living space. I’ve been here since almost the beginning. I’ve lived in the two bedroom and three bedroom townhouse (to get the garage). I love having the option for a personal garage area. All parking spaces are marked for each townhouse.

There are firewalls between each unit which really helps with noise reduction too. There’s a small pool and a small child’s playground. There’s an area for the dogs to play as well and a dog walking track.

The area is clean and well-maintained. We have an on-site maintenance man who does a wonderful job. Our complex manager, Michelle, is outstanding and always helpful and expedient with requests, ensuring our comfort and available at a moments notice if there are ever complications. I have only had to request one maintenance repair and had that immediately resolved.

The prices are higher for this complex however, they are luxury apartments. The only negative I could think of regarding this site is that I wish it were gated, making it even more secure but the area is very well lit and maintained.

Great apartment and in a nice location close to a variety of stores and even a mall! The apartment itself is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. My favorite thing about the apartment is the amenities. Stainless steal, a huge porch, and since I love to cook the spacious island I am so in love with! My family and I are so blessed to call this apartment our home.

This property is so beautiful and amazing. Everything is so clean and in order. Michelle (property manager) is absolutely fantastic and was awesome to talk with. Don’t hesitate to give this place a shot!

Excelentes apartamentos, ambiente tranquilo, cerca de todo. Los de mantenientos son rapidos en contestar y resolver. Muy amables.

One of the 1st to move in. As of 4/16/2021, about 60-70 completion. 3 BDRM be ready late May. Just spoke to owner & I must say, he gave me some interesting news. I was told The walls here have insulation along w/Noise Reduction insulation,something I must say really works. Still waiting on pool 2b installed. Will post pics later today so ppl can have a general ideal look of the place.
