VERY accommodating ! Personel made sure we knew what was happening and that we didn't need anything. TV, WIFI, snacks, water..what more could we ask for anyway?-!

The employees at Kia service center in E-town are always nice they make you feel welcome they actually care about their customers unlike the Kia dealer on Preston hwy who have been rude in person and on the phone to me I’ll continue going to e-town for my car’s needs
