Stephanie is one of the most welcoming, warm, and kind-hearted people I know and I've had the immense pleasure to take her yoga classes for the past year. Her classes draw a steady core of regulars creating a genuine, friendly atmosphere. She is an excellent, knowledgeable practitioner who provides adaptations for yogis of all levels in the class. I've practiced in many studios over the years in many different cities and Yoga Fusion is my absolute favorite studio in a long time!

Fusion yoga is a wonderful haven from the rush of life. There are day and evening classes for all levels. I find the Saturday classes most helpful in releasing stress and transitioning from the work week to the weekend. I’ve taken most of my classes with Stephanie and Sarah - I think they are both great and find their instruction professional and caring. At times, multiple poses are offered that can match to how you’re feeling and I find that very helpful. Classes are very affordable and you couldn’t ask for a better payment method than the pay as you go punch card system used at the studio. I think Fusion Yoga is one of the best business offerings in Lakeville and we are all lucky to have it so close and convenient.

Yoga Fusion Studio is a warm friendly environment. The gentle yoga class was amazing. I felt my stress melt away in about 5 minutes. My words after class "I am a better person with yoga." Thank you Stephanie for a great class.

Stephanie and her Yogi instructors offer fabulous experiences for every level of practice. From beginners to those who have years, the classes are personalized for each student. The extent of knowledge and experience with people of varying ages and both sexes, contribute to their abilities to make one get as much as one desires. I highly recommend giving this business a try and find your own pathway to self health.

I'm new to yoga but not to group classes and although I can only speak to Sarahs classes, she has been excellent. Yoga is intimidating, especially as the only guy in a class full of women who all seem like experts. But she has made me feel welcome, introduced me to many of the other students, carefully explains each pose and gives variants for newbies like me who are constantly at risk for tipping over.
This place is an excellent addition to lakeville and i hope it grows and expands!

I've taken a couple of private classes with Stephanie and she has gone above and beyond in answering my questions and giving me alternatives for poses that were challenging to me. She is very knowledgeable about anatomy, and friendly, so I felt at ease immediately. Highly recommended!

If looking for an intimate studio - this is the place to go! Great instructors & comfortable atmosphere.

Friendly, works at your pace

As an avid yoga practitioner, I am extremely disappointed with the few classes I have taken with Stephanie, the owner. With life sized banners of her in yoga poses displayed in the lobby and her selfish demeanor, I found studio to be egotistical. While the flow itself was OK, Stephanie did not provide the type of environment one needs to be comfortable in a yoga studio. I cannot speak for the other teachers, but I will not be going back.
