Thanks to Mary for the sales expertise and Danny and his helper (didn’t get his name) for the installation work. We had visited appx. 4 other locations for the countertop for our outdoor kitchen project, with most of them wanting us to immediately sign a contract.
Academy was absolutely non- pressure driven- when we didn’t find a stone at the local fabrication yard, we were directed to an auxiliary site where we looked at dozens of different examples.
Pricing was fare and installation was earlier than scheduled !!!! Absolutely love it !!!
Save yourself some time and aggravation make Academy your first and only stop for countertops!!!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my island now. I had a "2 tier" bartop island I wanted lowered to a single level, and I needed it done ASAP. Mary and her team made that happen... they even came out at 8:30pm to do the template to make sure everything was done in my very tight time-line. Everyone was pleasant, professional, helpful, and so friendly. I couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out. I will be having my shower re-tiled and I will DEFINITELY be calling Mary to have it done by Academy!

These guys are just outstanding. We started off with a remodel of the master bath and master bedroom and with that being done we are going forward with the kitchen, the living room and the guest bathroom. The integrity of the entire company is just outstanding and once they get started they work the job to completion. The workmanship and finished product is just beautiful. They do it all so you don't have to deal with multiple contractors. I cannot speak highly enough about the entire team at Academy Home and the outstanding customer service experience I received in working with them. Amanda was my main point of contact throughout the entire project and she was incredibly thorough, professional and managed everything from beginning to end. Her team of fabricators and installers were also amazing! Danny and his nephew produced flawless work! They were extremely experienced, did a fantastic job and made it look easy. Due to a water leak and mold remediation we needed to replace some of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets in our Cape Coral home. We contacted a number of companies in the area, but none were either helpful or interested.
Following a Google search we found Academy, and in particular Mary. She was so helpful and found matching cabinets that were priced well and available when we needed them.
I would recommend Academy as the first - and likely last place to go for kitchen, bathroom etc., remodelling work.

The cabinets were installed and looked really good. Unfortunately some time later after further work by others, a small mark/bruise was noticed on one of the front panels of the sink unit. I asked Academy if a replacement panel was available. Although the cabinets were delivered in perfect condition some months earlier in December 2023 and the problem was not really the responsibility of Academy, Mary contacted their supplier to arrange for a replacement panel.
Kudos to Academy, Richard the business owner and of course Mary for their amazing ‘Customer First’ approach to resolution of problems. In my experience nothing is too much trouble for Academy to ensure their customer satisfaction.

Staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Did an absolutely beautiful and professional job on my countertops in a timely manner. I would definitely use this company again.

Mary is the absolute best! She made sure everything went smoothly with our remodel and took soooo much of the stress off of us. She got us a great price on top quality cabinets and gorgeous quartz. She made our home look like a model house and helped select tons of trendy options. Everyone I know wants their house to look like mine and I am telling them all this is the place to go!

We totally remodeled my not-too-attractive, dysfunctional kitchen from the ground up. Rich planned out a gorgeous island with cabinets all around and added a tall, deep cabinet with pull-out shelves, next to the window, to house the larger and heavier things. On the far side of the kitchen, behind the dog, we replaced shallow, useless cabinets with really nice wide and deep drawers. Thanks to Rich for his great design and Mary for her help in coordinating the job, we now have a beautiful, totally functional kitchen. I would recommend Academy Home to anyone, and I will be calling on them next year for the bathrooms and laundry remodels. Thanks Rich and Mary.

Rich the owner of Academy Kitchens and Baths demonstrated why they are one of the top rated companies of this type in Cape Coral. Although we had time line issues which I expressed, Rich and I had a meaningful and productive discussion.

In fairness to Rich his company went thru a period post Ian like they never experienced. Our kitchen was beautiful beyond all of our expectations. They completed the work to our complete satisfaction. Rich assured me that Academy is back on track

Used Academy to update kitchen. Did new countertops - quartz, new backsplash and new sink. They had lots of options to pick from and were professional and responsive (and patient). Backsplash ended up on back order but they kept in touch to get my project completed asap. They are a top notch team and can’t wIt to get my master bathroom updated next year!!!

Academy came out for an estimate and the gentleman they refer to as “Big Mike” spent 2 hours thoroughly reviewing each inch of my project. I knew right then that this was the company for me (as long as it was in budget) There was a little wait from the initial walk thru to receiving my estimate and design but my mind was put to ease after reviewing the proposal and seeing that they captured all details on the first try. I was set up with an appt to visit the showroom and finalize my project. I had one on one assistance with Brittany to make all material selections. Amanda was very detailed reviewing my contract and didn’t skip a beat. Any and all remodel projects have hiccups.. it is the way they are dealt with that makes or breaks a company. From our first email to the completed job it was a pleasure working with these people! Mary was so helpful and on top of it! We had limited time to pick out our granite and get installation since we live up north and she made it happen in the 10 days that we were able to be down there! The installers were excellent! WOW!! I cannot say enough about Academy Home! Amanda in the sales office saved me $1800. over another company's bid. I called her numerous times with questions and she even answered when she was home in bed with Covid! Danny the installer was polite, meticulous, & cleaned up every scrap. He did an incredibly professional job. He promised to return on the day of my install to drill a sink hole. He came, at 7 pm, because he was so busy, but if he promises a job, he shows up. My house doesn't look like they were here, they left it so clean. My countertop is PERFECT! No wonder this company has an A++ rating with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

I highly recommend Academy, they did a great job on our kitchen. There was a hiccup with the original schedule demo date, but they came through quickly with a reschedule. Vinny was always responsive and checked our progress personally at every step in the process. Amanda in the front office was very helpful as well as the entire construction team Guy (demo), Dale (demo and drywall), Eric (electrician), Tim (plumber) and can't remember the name of the countertop guy - but he was awesome too. Very professional and courteous, I really was impressed with their work. No issues to report at all.
