Excellent experience. Fresh ingredients perfectly combined to make the best dishes with European influenced cuisine. Big variety of wines to be paired with the tapas. Comfortable, eclectic, modern, and group friendly environment. It's a must try when in Front Royal. A nice little gem in a quaint town. Great deal on the happy hour and many vegetarian/vegan options available. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Chris is an amazing chef, and very clearly a master of his craft. The rilettes were out of this world and moving on an emotional level. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are in town, go. Just go, there is no better place. The rilettes were just on point. The sauce for the scallops was amazing and the heat in it was balanced perfectly, and they were cooked properly and not rubbery in the slightest. The duck was phenomenal and juicy and tasty and the mustard/soy sauce mix was fun and new for me and paired really well with the duck. There is nothing to nitpick about here, it's just amazing food. If you get the chance, go.

We came for lunch and were not disappointed. Everything was well flavored and the variety was great. Absolutely recommend, it is so worth it. The service is the most amazing compliment to the food and environment.

Been meaning to get out there since they opened. Found myself hungry late in the evening and not wanting drive thru food. Very impressed with that selection of highend food in Front Royal. Tried 3 small plates, everything was perfect and delicious. Chris gave great recommendations and great service. Think I found my go to spot in Fro Ro. Good work guys keep it up!

I took my husband for tapas on his birthday and it was the best gift, for both of us! As soon as we walked in the door Chris, the bartender, warmly welcomed us. I found it to be cozy and smartly decorated. Even the restroom was beautiful! Plus I liked the music. But the best experience of the night was the food. Cooked fresh and beautifully presented everything we ordered was delicious. From the scallops to the tenderloin I could cut with a fork, pumpkin soup, and the cauliflower with horseradish sauce we were happily filled up. Oh, and the freshly baked bread. But the biggest surprise for me was the cauliflower since I don't usually like horsey sauce, but OMG, it was so delicate and added beautifully to the dish. But I don't want to ignore the wine bar. What a lengthy list of good wines! I enjoyed my Reiseling while my hubby savored his Chardonnay. We are already planning on taking some friends there soon. Front Royal, you have a gem in ViNoVa Tapas and Wine Bar.

Came here after driving all day from Ohio. Had a fantastic meal! The scallops were awesome, perfectly done with a wonderful sauce. Reminded us of our time in Barcelona.

Great place with really nice décor and extremely friendly staff. Such a good vibe while enjoying a few glasses of wine and if you are hungry.. the food is amazing too!

Grateful for this late-night joint. We are not early birds and having only fast-food options in Front Royal later at night is terrible. ViNoVA is a welcome addition to the recent spate of new dining options here. The tapas concept suits me well since i love variety and don't like huge portions. Excellent options on their menu with great flavor combinations. The scallops, meatballs and fondue were spot on, the spare ribs with the slaw were delicious, and the combination of their chocolate cake and coconut sorbet was the best way to round it all out.

Also, really like the decor! The only downside is that the place gets noisy fast. The proximity of dining seats to the bar makes it hard to have a quiet or intimate experience. Definitely going back; definitely bringing friends and family; definitely glad you guys added this option to our little town!

I highly recommend this restaurant. First, and foremost of course is the food. The menu has excellent variety. The scallops and the duck were highlights, but all the plates were well-prepared and flavorful. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
If you are in Front Royal, I think you will find this a pleasant surprise. Ignore the reviews about plates being too small, and prices too high. Those folks need to find an Applebee's.

I love the atmosphere and the food was the best I've had in my 2 months in Virginia. I am more an devotee of quality instead of quantity. Had the happy hour 3/10.00. Had the lemon shrimp and steak on a toast. More bread than I wanted, but that's an easy fix. The atmosphere was easy and comfortable... Food wonderful. Love the rotating menu idea.

This place is a gem. Stopped in for brunch on a Sunday and had one of the most enjoyable meals I've had in a long time. Came in with a few friends and we shared plates like the scallops, crispy pork belly, and the most incredible truffle oil mashed potatoes I ever had. I am not usually a fan of swordfish but it turned out to be my favorite tapas of the meal... I still think about it. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will be coming back to see what the chef serves up next.

The best food and service you could ever get! We were there for a bachelorette dinner and they accommodated our big party with ease. JJ, our server went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and took care of our various orders. The scallops, lumpia and duck were some of the best dishes I’ve ever had-11/10. We tried everything on the menu and it was excellent!! If I’m ever back in Front Royal, I will definitely revisit!

I've been there 3 times and feel more impressed each time. The staff is very friendly and the food is top notch. The menu changes but currently the Scallops, Meatballs, and the Tuna are my favorite. All the food though is top notch quality and some of the meat is sourced in Warren County. Great place!

This place was unexpected! Every dish that came out, we cleaned our plates!
Its comfortable, clean, and smells great when you walk in.
We met one of the owners, and he was incredibly pleasant.
Bartender is attentive. I definitely recommend if passing through, or even for a stay.

My wife and I found this little gem on our way to Shenandoah National Park. It felt like eating at a friend’s house. The food was spectacular, the atmosphere was incredible, and the owners/staff felt like old friends. I felt like I was eating in a 21st century Mayberry (from the Andy Griffith Show). If you’re in the area then this place is a must. A little pricey but well worth it. This isn’t some chain restaurant serving microwaveable meals that are disguised to look homemade and fresh. This is the real deal!

Wow, wow, WOW!! You can't miss this place! The chefs are incredibly talented. Consistently OUTSTANDING food. Lobster, scallops, crab roll...all PERFECTION! Wild boar was like steak!! Just a phenomenal experience, and the staff are just as outstanding as the food.

Excellent food and service. The chef’s creativity comes through in the menu, and each item we tried was delicious. Great wine menu, and our gin&tonic enthusiast was impressed by the one they prepared. We’ll certainly be back.

Amazing restaurant, good snack bar, and bottomless seafood. The bottomless seafood is great!! The service was amazing all the workers where incrediblely nice, and sweet, and very welcoming to new customers. Also the decor is really nice the futons they let you eat at witch in my opinion is really cool. Definitely coming back, if I could I would put 10 Stars

What a great experience at this local place! Excellent service and the food was amazing! My wine was great as well! Had the cerviche, scallops and mashers! Perfect portions and so delicious! Will def be back next time in town!
