Love their food. Steak and cheese sub is the best in Petersburg if you ask me. My favorite thing to order is a bacon pizza!!!

My family and I just moved to the area. We live close to Sal's. My wife brought us a couple pizzas from there for dinner. It was knock-out great! Do yourself a favor and get some pizza from Sal's; you'll be glad you did!

Update: I have lived in the area for over half a year now. Sal's is a regular stop for us when bringing food into our house. My wife is an excellent cook and she loves cooking. But when she wants a break, we get Sal's. There is nothing on there menu that is anything less than delicious!

Do not miss a chance to eat here! This place is excellent!

Great dining facility. The food is always good and freshly made. The pizza and pasta dishes are in a class by themselves. I haven't had any better than Sal's. They also have a large wine selection and beer. You have to try their food for yourself.

I went there, (after having worked my regular 12-hour-shift), because I wanted to get some spaghetti from a restaurant that I hadn't tried before. After looking over the menu, I ordered some spaghetti, and some baked ravioli, and it was really good! I took the ravioli to work the next day, and all of my coworkers who saw it asked me "where I got it from, where is Sal's, and which way do you go to get there"! Their prices are reasonable, their portion sizes were good for their prices, the restaurant was clean, the lady who took my order was nice, and the food was good, so I was pleased, and I would definitely recommend Sal's!

I've been here probably 50 or more times for pizza and subs and it's always killer! The pepperoni and banana pepper pizza pictured is always good and I get their chicken Philly and cheese steaks that are always good. Out of 50 visits I've got one burnt pizza and they remade it for me. 5☆ pizza joint!

Traveling from out of state. Hands down the BEST meatball sub (grinder where I come from 🙂) I have ever had! The phone didn't stop ringing the whole time we were there and now we know why! What a gem! Sorry we are only passing through and can't go back.

The pizza slices are so good! They're thin and melt in your mouth. The breadsticks are amazing, I can't stop eating them. Calamari so crispy it's ridiculous! The prices are affordable as well.

I’m from Massachusetts and while traveling to Florida for vacation stopped in for dinner. Kept it simple. Eggplant parm. Very good and hot. Wow. That and a coke only 9 bucks. Can’t beat it.

Just moved to the area and found Sam's and love it! They make a killer salad, I get Sal's special, it's huge.

The pizza is good and we're working our way thru the menu.

My wife doesn't like pasta and can't eat cheese and she likes Sal's, now that's saying something!

Friendly knowledgable staff. Old style & clean. Quick service. Awesome! They use FRESH ingredients & specially spices; NO CANNED garlic or parsley. Bread actually felt & tasted like bread, NOT stuff out of The DEEP FREEZE. Salads offered was NOT the ICEBERG kind, very nice surprise! Loved, they served angel hair pasta & not straw sized type pasta, with no taste. Fresh virgin oil on pasta, not oil that's been cooking for days & taste of other foods. Very refreshing experience! Prices were very good plus, they DONT SKIMP on to-go orders. They DON'T give you just half of what you ordered. Thus, NO LAME EXCUSES of why you weren't given the FULL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR. A++

Excellent Pizza! Nice atmosphere, cozy feel to the restaurant. Tuesday night is Pizza night; saved $$. That was a nice surprise. Going to go back & try the spaghetti on a Monday, (pasta night😊). If it's anything like the pizza, it's going to be great.

We got a delivery order with door dash.everything was delicious and well prepared... I got a grilled chicken salad they may be the best I've ever had and also two amazing pizzas... 🍕🥗🍕😍🤩😍we go to Sal's offen but this was the first time we got it delivered... Wonderful service as always ❤

You will not be disappointed if you eat here. From the manicotti, to the pizza, to the Philly cheese steak, its all good. So loosen your belt, grab some napkins, and enjoy yourself.

The calamari in and of itself is perfectly cooked. My chicken parm is seasoned to perfection. If you want high quality food delivered, stop looking and call these people.

The first time I went here, upon entering I wasn't even acknowledged, so I walked out and went to Pho 83 next door. A decision I'll never regret. Am now a life long fan of Pho 83!

Service; despite being ignored my first visit the service this time was super friendly and attentive. 5 *****
Food; unfortunately the pizza was very bland. I rarely add oregano and crushed red pepper to pizza. LOL! 2 **

Best authentic Italian restaurant Ive eaten at since moving to Pettersburg. The staff is friendly, food is fresh & made to order. My husband is a pizza conaseur, he also chooses Sals over all!

Normally come on Tuesday's for the cheese pizza deal, which is the best in town, along with BEST CHICKEN STROMBOLI EVER. Very friendly and family oriented staff. You gotta try this place. Its a family favorite for sure!
