Providence Park

nice and clean park with a good walking trail and a large field. my dog loves to run around and i walk here with my family every now and then! there are usually a lot of kids here in the evening and lots of kids bring their bikes, skateboards, skates, and scooters.

Never too crowded, plenty of space to walk, theres a big grassy area for people to fly kites, do exercises, all kinds of things

Ate lunch there. Even with all the activity at the park, it's quiet.

It's pretty nice for a local city park, plenty of area to run, and a long walking track around it. I really like that they've designated some areas for wildlife and native plants, and the small marshy areas that are important to our area. Definitely a lot of room to grow that aspect since the dog park was relocated across the street.

I loved this place so much. My dogs and I so much fun there. I would like to see a little doggie water fountain. East Beach in Norfolk has one I saw. It was very low to the ground. Anywho we will be back since my dog got tried the first loop.

Enjoyed the park went to see my Grandson play Baseball ⚾ very clean bathrooms, concessions all around good place.

Nice park to ride a bike, walk or skateboard.

It's perfect for walking whether you are by yourself, with the family or with your dog. Plenty of trees for shade and fresh air.

Great place to run or walk laps in a well maintained park. Dog friendly!

THE ATMOSPHERE IS AMAZING! PEOPLE ARE SO FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. VERY CLEAN

The dog park here is one of the nicest dog parks in the area! Actually has a large, grassed for the dogs to run in and picnic tables for us to sit at. There are metal bowls chained to a post but there is no water so you should bring your own from home, and hygienically speaking you should probably bring your own bowl as well. Overall this is my favorite dog park.

Great park. It has a dog park fenced in with doggie bag stations everywhere. There is also a big giant grass area that one can walk on and check out the small wildlife ponds. I saw a bunch of turtles and a water moccasin. Don't worry it's fine. Also they have a baseball park.

Great location and clean park. Whether you need a stop to let the kids run after driving on 64 or you live in the area, it's a great park with a walking path, playground, pavilions, and large field.

Beautiful park! Stopped in on a whim to give the pups some exercise. They had a blast. Nice open area to throw the frisbee for them. We did not use the dog park due to our female being in heat, but it looked nice!

It's a well kept park with a huge playground and two baseball areas. The parking is great and easy and the walking trail goes around the whole park. Providence park is a nice place to workout with friends or just have fun.

What a lovely place! It has a great ealking path with shady spots. Beautiful flora! I had no idea this was right down the street from my house! I will be back to visit! I was able to take time for wellness at work to enjoy the park.

Been running here the past few weeks and enjoy it good little perimeter to run 4 to 6 times. 4 laps is about 2.65 miles

Providence park is a great little spot. Plenty of walking trails, a playground, baseball fields, etc. And yes, there are even a decent number of Pokéstops, for those that play Pokémon Go.

Great place. My son plays baseball at the park and loves it!

We love spending time at the KPB fields to watch our kids play baseball!
