Update to my last review!! Today I closed on my home. Jerry and Shalimar are truly the best realtors I have ever had. They walked me through the process , taught me so much, took care of me throughout the way, I was blessed to have them help me sale my home. I was very, very pleased with Shalimar’s work, attention to detail, thoroughness, quick responses, and I decided to leave my past agent and go forward with her. In comparison she got me a much better deal on my homeowners insurance, and every step she has been there... follow up with mortgage company, etc... I was going through a very difficult time and I really didn't know what to do. My father did not have any insurance and facing a major surgery. I really needed him to get coverage. I spoke with the owners Jerry & Shalimar Johnson. They both were very responsive, super nice and easy to work with. They made it extremely easy to get coverage and was completely honest with me, while guiding me through every step of way. I'm so glad that I found them. What a great company I have been so stressed about this whole process of getting a homeowner's insurance and flood that when I called them they made me feel so at ease and no more worries they took all the worries away. They handled all my needs from contacting my lender to sending an inspector out to my house to do the 4 point inspection.
