Carolina Ale House - Weston

Wow, wow, wow. My 1st visit and what an amazing experience. Our server Sonia went above and beyond and is 💯 dedicated to her job 🙌 We had such a great time!! The food was excellent and they took the time to deliver everything on time and with minimal wait time. It was Thursday and they had a live band!! We will be back for sure and if you are in the area check it out!

We almost had the place to ourselves as it was mid-week late afternoon; but I imagine quite full at other times and during televised sport events (high definition big screen televisions all around)
This place is so BIG. Lots of seating at the bar, lots of table seating, and the outdoor seating area beckons on a beautiful South Florida winter day; there is also a bar area outside.
I inquired about gluten-free options, and the server had the manager come to us to explain their practice and protocol; we also had a nice chat about various menu options.
I think a great venue to idle some time and for happy hour. 5 stars all-round 🌟

Food is good and service is quick. Large seating area inside and out. They have live music sometimes and the wait staff are super friendly. I would highly recommend the nashville Chicken, Cobb Salad, Fish and Chips, and the fries. They currently have crab and shrimp platter which was actually pretty good. Prices are moderate and appropiate for the portion size. Great for kids, families, or sporting events at the bar. Oh and the smash burgers are AMAZING!

The service and food was amazing for happy hour! $5 bar bites buffalo chicken tostada and snacky burger I recommend. The steak and mash with the Asian chimichurri and the Philly flatbread with grilled sliced steak, mushrooms queso is a must try.

For happy hour I recommend is blueberry lemonade and the lemon drop martini. Makes you wanting more after your done.

Stopped in for lunch with coworkers. I had French onion soup and a salad. The house salad (I added chicken) was huge. Very fresh and delicious. No complaints on the soup either! My coworkers had a Philly and a burger. Their food was very good also. I definitely would return here if back in the area again.

I come here very often on my lunch break and Savannah is typically my waitress. She knows exactly what I want and how I want it. She's very sweet, always has a smile on her face and is super attentive -- and yes, the food is always good!!!!! I leave satisfied every time!!

Where do i even start?!?! I’ve been to a lot of spots in South Florida and I have to say this spot has made it to my #1 compared to restaurants of its kind!

We were greeted by Kara when we walked in and she got us right in! We ordered Steak and Mash and the Philly Flatbread and I’m still
Blown away. This spot exceeded my expectations and it’s definitely going to be my new go-to spot. With great prices and exceptional food and service, it’s a no brainer!

Shannon is the BEST not only here at Carolina Ale House but also if I compare her to other establishments. She is professional, friendly has great knowledge of the menu and is constantly checking on you. If you can ask for her and remember take good CARE of her when you settle the account.

Carolina Ale House truly impressed me with their dedication to accommodating my food allergies. The moment I mentioned my dietary needs, they sprang into action. They used a separate pan, clean gloves, and utensils, ensuring my meal was prepared safely. Going the extra mile, they even fetched individual ingredients from the back to minimize any potential cross-contact. Ken, the manager on duty, was exceptionally kind as well! Thanks to their attention to detail, I felt completely at ease enjoying my meal. Thank you to the Carolina Ale House team!

After a long morning, running errands, going from one location to the next. Being a Master Barber at RAY’S BARBER SHOP LLC is a great thing. Full of clients, products and long hours of work. My Brother picked me up and invited me to meet Carolina, witch I thought was a friend. But more so is a magical place Carolina Ale House-Weston by the water. Nice menu, great ambiance and taste food. The bartender made it a great stay. He also have family in the military and what a great choice right after July 4th. Highly recommend it to you your family and friends

If you’re looking for an AMAZING lunch spot, you just found it! I come here often on my lunch break, and have never looked backed! The specials are very reasonably priced for the portions you receive, they switch weekly so you always have variety, and the staff is all so friendly! Savannah is usually my server and she is the absolute best! She knows exactly what I am going to want, what to recommend, is super tentative, and is always quick and on top of everything! To cap everything off, the food is going to want you to keep on coming back again and again! It is absolutely DELICIOUS! Highly recommend!

Excellent food, excellent service,and food came out quickly!All after 9pm. Staff was genuinely kind and engaged, and knowledgeable. Our server went above and beyond bringing us samples of 3 sauces to ensure we would enjoy our food! Love this place!

Came here with a group of friends, Micheal took care of us and he did splendidly. food was good, ambiance was really good. Coming back I. The future!!!

Dinner was good, my drink was amazing and Excellent waitress, Sonia she accommodated myself, my husband and my 10 year old granddaughter who enjoyed Sonia’s suggestions for dinner. Thank you Sonia for an enjoyable time and Sonia rushed to the door to open it for our exit from the restaurant. We will share with our family and friends.

We were seated quickly and greeted by the friendly manager, Jay.
Our server, Justine was friendly and explained the different foods on the menu to us. She smiled and came around to see if we needed anything frequently. The food that Justine suggested, was excellent! The atmosphere with the music fits the vibe. We will definitely be back.
