Holiday Inn Palm Beach-Airport Conf Ctr, an IHG Hotel

Great customer service you're always greeted while you walk in the hotel, and while your leaving. The room was great, the bed was comfortable, house keeping did an awesome job. The room temperature was awesome. It was very quiet throughout the day, and especially at night. The TV in the room went out on our 2nd to last night there, and the overnight front desk personnel was quick to tell me I'll move you to another room right away. Being we only had one more night to stay we were good with staying put. Overall I'd stay there again.

Great location right up the street from the PBI airport. It took less than 5 mins to get to aiport from hotel. Facility was clean and the staff was very pleasant. Facility is about a 8-10 min drive from downtown Palm Beach.

Service was great! Manager let us check in early, shuttle driver was super friendly and McKayla at the desk this morning was the best!

we evacuated to this hotel for hurricane Ian. the staff was so polite, friendly n welcoming, and the housekeepers do an excellent job keeping the place clean and comfortable. comfy beds!!!! i really appreciated that the staff did not make us change rooms or check out n back in when we extended our stay. the parking lot is a little difficult to turn left out of but that wasn't really a concern. convenient location to walmart n other stores. also very close to the airport (though we drove to and from). i highly recommend this place. thank you, holiday inn staff!!!!!

This hotel is in a super convenient location. 10 minutes to the beach, food near by, and 15 minutes to the fair ground. The manager Christie was super helpful and understanding. The room was very nice; cold AC, comfy beds and lots of room. They have a nice pool and restaurant as well.

Came in for a weekend of concerts at the nearby fairgrounds. I read a lot of negative reviews but this place was FANTASTIC. My room was clean and very comfortable. The staff here really cares about their jobs and Carol at the front desk was awesome and I really enjoyed our interactions. The only knock I have is that the breakfast wasn’t included but it was fairly priced for what it was.

There’s a lot of renovations happening but I thought overall it was a great looking hotel even at current state

The location is right off 95 and there’s not much around the area that’s accessible without a car but it’s in a safe neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again. Hope the staff reads this and knows someone appreciates their work!

First of all, the staff was amazing, helpful, and over the top in customer service. CHRIS and STEVE were remarkable! The hotel is getting ready for a complete overhaul but its nice already so, I can imagine how great it will be after the makeover. The free shuttle from the airport and to local attractions was prompt and readily available. We were three days and didn't even have to rent a car! We were dropped off at The Cheesecake Factory, shopped awhile and then walked to the beach through a beautiful residential area. We also went to a nice Outlet Mall. Breakfast was exceptional - especially the French toast and we enjoyed the free coffee all day. A wonderful, relaxing time.

Beautiful clean room. Smells fresh. There is no nasty odor like there is in most hotel rooms. Not even one that has been covered up. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean and well lit. The fridge smells fresh and it is plugged in and cold. The lobby is warm and inviting. Linen is clean no odors or stains. Furniture is also clean without stains or odors. Room and mattress are bug free, which is something I ALWAYS check! Great place. Does not offer free breakfast. Louder whooshing noise at night, however, might not be a problem on other side of building and wasn't for my husband. Definitely would recommend this place and would stay again myself. My husband stays ever time he is in the Miami area.

I thought I had a situation but by the time they researched the problem at the front desk everything was taken care of. Amazing front desk staff.

I loved my stay at this 11 story tower over seeing West Palm Beach I gotta tell you it's a Beautiful city with just wonderful and beautiful people! Thank you all so much for the hospitality!

John the Marine was great!! He took the time to show us around Palm beach and even took amazing photos for us. We enjoyed our short stay in Palm beach.

Staff was very friendly! The gym was okay but could use a little more. The pool was amazing and the rooms were good too! The lighting in the bathroom was amazing 😍 the only gross part about my room were that there were a couple of yellow stains on the curtains but overall hotel was great!

The hotel itself may have had some issues, like trays outside rooms (only once) and such, but oh my goodness do the people make up for anything. The manager that was mainly on duty was the nicest person I've ever met, she is the kind of person you want and expect in the hospitality business. She made sure the tray was taken care of immediately, she gave basic necessities (that you'd normally need to pay for) if you needed it, she even gave my brother a bed so he wouldn't have to sleep on the floor (we were told it wouldn't fit but she made it happen!). She made my trip super, totally did her job, and deserves all the praise that comes her way :)

5 star service from a 5 star hotel. HIPB did not disappoint and maintained the high standards and quality. From the moment I walked in, Alexandria (Alex) rolled out the red carpet. She made me feel like a celebrity. Very friendly and highly professional staff. Super clean establishment. I wish I could have stayed longer. Delicious hot breakfast. This is my new favorite WPB hotel! Thanks Alex! You rock!

We arrived to the hotel and asked a single queen bed but when we entered the room the bed was beyond smaller than a queen! When we went back to the lobby and explained what happened the front lobby staff was very understanding and switched our room to a double queen room with no problems. As tired and cranky as we were after driving for so long the staff never gave us a hassle, and showed excellent customer service. When we left the following day, the same staff member who checked us in was working again. He remembered us,said he hoped we slept good, and wished us a great day. As for the room.... It was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only bad thing is that the refrigerator was unplugged and the way the room is setup we had to move the vanity with the frig and microwave on it, squeeze between the vanity and tv dresser, and the move everything back. A little upsetting but not major enough to alter my impression of the hotel. We'll sure stay here again!

I always enjoy my stay over at this Holiday inn I love the front desk stuff they're always so good to me especially the Manager Cassandra and Alexandria the two girls are a pleasure to always see whenever I do check in after making my reservation with IHG which, is pretty awesome! Holiday Inn has most definitely earned my business over any other hotel marketing due to their outstanding customer service and everyone is very accommodating and very sweet and nice. I will continue to stay over with the Holiday inn Express. However I would like to put a nice review out for the ladies that have helped me at the location on Belvedere in West Palm Beach, Florida. Thank you girls for all you do!

It was an extremely comfortable room with great beds and a good continental breakfast. We would stay there again.
