Top notch we have been dealing with them for over 15 years never a complaint nor negative issue. Still buying and having them do service work on our machines.

I've been a customer of A1000 for many years. I've gotten my last 3 to 4 PC's custom built here.
These guys really know their stuff and can build you a reliable system for a fraction of the cost in big box stores. They're also very good at repairing your devices.
The customer service is always professional and friendly.

I've been in the IT field for over 20 years and these guys are the best hardware vendor I've ever seen in my career. They do great work for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them for any hardware repair.

What a great experience on 1/22/2022. The gentleman was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Came here needing something specific. He had it and helped me purchase something else I didn't even know I needed. Thank goodness or I would have been out of luck come Monday when clocking into work. The items I needed were time sensitive- needed by Monday and no one else around had them without ordering online. Affordable, quick, efficient. All things you need for computer equipment for WFH. We will be back for all our computer needs. Thank you!

Just a great place. I have been bringing my computers here for probably 20 years now and I am always happy with their work. I don’t know how many other places I pass to get there, but they are the only place I will have work on my computer.

Having your computer go down Is a pretty horrific experience to happen to anybody, but as a commercial photographer it was devastating! You are basically out of business, I felt like I was going to be sick. I bought a new computer less than three months ago in late July 2021 and it crashed badly. I called the manufacturer who couldn’t help from their end but gave me a few warranty centers to contact. After speaking with the recommended places it was quite apparent they would not be able to help me.
I had been to A1000 in July 2021 after I bought my new computer giving them my old one.
I really had no choice but to just walk in there hoping they would be able to help me. Not only did they say they would fix this for me, they would give me credit for my old one and have it back to me the same day. I literally broke down in tears because the gentleman “Joe” was such a sweet man and he actually gave me a hug, explaining he knew what I was going through.
Save yourself time and heartache and go here first. I cannot stress this enough! They have my business for life. There are angels among us after all.

Mr Nguyen keeps great records and looked up the history of what he had done for us the last time we were there in 2015. He was able to upgrade our existing PC with a terabyte of extra memory and the latest Outlook and Windows 10 pro all while keeping our existing apps and set up. He saved us lots of money and time reloading software. Thanks so much!! Great job!!

Chau is one of the most the most KNOWLEDGEABLE technicians I have worked with. For a local computer tech shop their prices are THE BEST in south Florida. Sure, you might save 5% by ordering online but what if a part is DOA or goes out during the first week. Would you rather pack defective parts and mail them back, waiting for days to weeks for a replacement? Not at A1000. They will take care of the problem immediately. Their support is unsurpassed.

Joe is GREAT! really knows his stuff and is very easy to work with. Fair on pricing too. Highly recommend! I really try to stay out of the big box stores and I am happy to have A1000 as a local small business that I can support.

My company and I have been coming here for over a decade. Great prices, service and custom built new and used custom built computers at a fraction of new pricing. They'll build you what you need, usually ready in a day. Service with new parts is done right there in front of you on the counter asap!

Chau is awesome! I drive 30 minutes just to see this guy (and obviously buy computer parts). He understands computers, and makes you feel like you are the only customer he has. Great prices too. oh, and he's fast on top of all that.

These guys are so reasonably priced. I have taken my laptop computers for viruses to accidentally poured a drink into it and they always save it for around $100. They also do extras like throw in virus detectors and delete stuff that slows tye computer down. I one time thought I would try a new store very close to my house. What a mistake! These guys are the best!

Terrific! I had my computer fixed at A1000 when I was hacked, fast service reasonable price. I had difficulty installing my printer without a disc drive, I took it to A1000 same thing. I love them.

I cannot say enough about this place. Leo was hands down the best! He coached me through by calling and giving me updates and talked me off a cliff as my operating system had to be restored. I thought I'd lose everything but I didn't.........thanks to him. It's been said that these guys are magicians and I would second that, whole heartedly. Always has the computer parts I need. Whether I've purchased new or used they've all worked beautifully. Always get straight, honest answers, and fair prices. Never forced products or services on me.
