Burger King

Came through the drive through today and I ordered a large onion ring and junior whopper. It made my day! The food was tasty and hot/fresh. And they got the food out to my car in less than three min. Andddd the two workers at the window were so kind greeted me with a warm smile and said have a wonderful day. It’s hard to get good customer service nowadays, but you guys set the bar high, and reminded me of what good customer service was like back in the day! Thank you Burger King for making my dinner amazing 🤩

They don't trade the coupons for Vegetarian burgers, Burger King gives the coupons only with meat options. It's a sad and depressing world.

Editing after a year. My previous experience was 1 star. Now it's a 5 star just because of the lady named shawana. She made sure vegetarians are treated equally and get the request I asked for. I could give a 10 star if possible.

Food was as expected, tables needed a little attention since we had to skip a couple because they were dirty. Only one other table sitting in there when we came in and nobody in the Drive-Thru. Service was still good at the counter though

My grandson talked me into getting the new meatless Whopper(made with plant based patty). Tasted exactly like the regular “hamburger meat”whopper!!! Very pleasantly surprised!!! I will have that again.

Shawana waited on me. Very Pleasant Experience, she talked nice and got my order correct. Definitely will come back again.

Very surprised to get HOT food lately! Not to mention we received the correct orders. This has happened multiple times in the last couple of weeks. The longer wait times were a concern, understanding the staff shortages are the reasons why. Hopefully staffing concerns get better moving forward.
Have to give you a shout out for caring enough to give out hot fresh food. The best chocolate shakes too! Changed our mind to keep coming back!

So I go in almost weekly to get a coffee and a ice cream cone for my German Shepherd they are the most amazing group of people employees staff that I've ever dealt with they are so kind of me they look forward to seeing my dog one time I had a mixed up with an order and the manager went out of her way the beautiful lady dark skin manager there to fix my entire order beyond expectations there's a lady in the back with dreadlocks that works so hard so many hours that people just don't appreciate I appreciate her I will always go to that Burger King I love the entire staff and the friendliness and how they treat me as a customer people don't give enough good comments for such a wonderful staff they're doing a good job

First time I ordered a biscuit from Burger King. To my surprise, it was unbelievable!!! Idk if it was just that day or if this is the norm. But that biscuit by itself was bangin'!!!

Awesome customer service! I told the clerk that the last 3x I came in my fish sandwich was not good. It was dry like it had been sitting for a few hours and he didn't even hesitate! He had them cook me fresh fish and apologize for my experience and the fact that I had to wait. Offers to get Mgr to see if I can get at no charge but I told him it wasn't necessary I just appreciate the offer. I wish I know I could remember his name.

One Manger always seems angry and seems bothered if you have a modified order...I get it...I'm in the industry. Over all though the place is funny and nice and genuine. With great food and mostly right 90% of the time....more than I can say for McDonald's...also Burger King uses ketchup and mayo packets with NO HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP.....OUT STANDING QUALITY!!. But now I'm on Keto for next 6 weeks, but my 1st cheat day I'm rushing back for more!! ❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤💯👍 love you ladies...and BTW stop picking on that older white man that is the front cashier...Jezzzz... not very nice to your elders.

Stopped in this morning on the way to church. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to us and all the children we had with us. They gave all the kids crowns to wear and helped make them all happy with their food orders. Everything was exactly how everyone wanted. They were awesome here.

Food was hot and fresh. My fries was fresh and hot from the grease. The lady at the drive thru was excellent...

Very friendly staff. Remade burger which was improperly made. All food we ordered was freshly prepared. Kitchen, dining area and restrooms were clean and well stocked. Pleasant eating experience. Will eat there again.

I picked Burger King over McDonald's hands down. The food is fresher and they all seem to be happier and more polite. You can't be a charcoal Burger it's like eating out at a picnic. In the calendar half price compared to McDonald's.

The egg-normous burrito is my goto breakfast item here. It's got egg, sausage, bacon, hash browns, and a delicious sauce. What more could you need. Oh, and their coffee is pretty good too

My drive-thru experience was fast & friendly. The Whopper Jr. & fries were hot and super fresh... I was craving Burger King, and it did not disappoint!!

Always loved BK. This review applies to all BKs in Sarasota.Try and make sandwich look nicer in wrapper most time it does but sometimes poorly wrapped and falls apart. Whopper Jr I notice this most. Management please encourage crew to take pride in sandwich assembly and presentation to guest. It gives greater image of quality and leaves a positive impression which will in turn earn you more frequently returning customers. -Former AM
