REBEL Convenience Stores

Good day! I have seen managers and staff at the Rebel station on University Parkway in Sarasota. Come and go over the last two years. Many of the folks that have left. I’m glad our are gone because their customer service skills were not existent. That said, I think the leadership team of Rebel needs to know that the current management staff Under Jess and her right hand person Karen in my opinion been two of the most extra ordinary folks at Rebel in the two years. It has been a rebel station at 5:44. Always has a smile and will greet me Karen if I come in later in the day, all we do is laugh for the two or three minutes both ladies are professional and exceeded this person‘s expectations. to the folks that put Jess in her spot you did a fine job. Thank you and happy holidays.

I've only seen 2 Rebel stores during my travels and visited both. Both visits I got a free drink which makes me super happy and my drink taste that much yummier 😋💕. I'm addicted to frozen strawberry coconut drink and frozen coffee drink. The price for the frozen drinks are 👍 affordable $2 👍 considering they're a specialty drink.

I've been to many different convenience stores & gas stations over the years and Rebel Mobil on University Pkwy in Sarasota was an exceptional, even exciting place to shop. Enthusiasm and smiles on the faces of the employees was refreshing to see. I will always consider this store first when I need something. Car wash is awesome too!

I love this store it's so clean! It has improved so much recently. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The manager and lady in the morning have amazing customer service! I will not stop anywhere else for my gas!

Thomas is a great employee. Always greeting customers with a word and smile.

Should definitely put prices on the hot food. Picked up a tray of chicken rollers and was charged $2 for each piece not a set price for the tray they made up. I wish I new ahead of time before hand.
