Although I'm not feeling the greatest right now, and the last thing I truly wanted to do was take the time to leave a review, I felt that Christian working in the pharmacy deserved a shout out!

He was calm and collected, although he was clearly busy and seemed to be the only person running around the pharmacy... He knew the answer to every question I had and although I had to come back for my prescription, it was ready exactly when he said it would be and surprisingly enough, he remembered my name and even a few extra things I had asked for from our conversation earlier. Incredibly impressive! Great customer service, and you've got an amazing memory, Christian! More techs should strive to be like you when they are busy/stressed. I'm sure it's difficult to remain calm when you have so much going on at once, but you did a great job of making it look easy.

I've been using walgreens for years and have been to many where I received half the customer service and they had twice the employees working. No one likes being sick or having to get medication, but at least Christian and this walgreens visit made things a little easier and a little less stressful (than they normally are dealing with other walgreens).

Pharmacy and retail staff are friendly and professional in their help. Never had a problem for the 2+ years I've been going to them. Side note: their card and family/kid aisle has some great finds in it.

This Walgreen's store is terrific! The pharmacy personnel are highly professional, kind, helpful, & patient, & the other employees are, as well. The store is clean, well-stocked, & products are easy to find. I don't understand all the negative reviews. This store deserves a 5 rating!

Exceptionally kind, knowledgeable and efficient staff from the pharmacy to the store’s checkout. I love the drive through for Rx pickups, the quick pay process as well as the easy refill option by telephone. The Walgreens company has been around since I was a little girl (in other words, a long time) and their dedication to excellence and continued policy to keep up with today’s changes and technologies remain impressive and particularly imperative in this day in age.

I received both of my COVID vaccinations here. So grateful. Susan, the pharmacist there administered the shots both times and was very lovely with her demeanor and the shot did not hurt. Secondly, it is obvious that this work is in addition to her everyday pharmacy work that still continues. Bravo to her for working so hard so that we may be protected. Thank you Walgreens and thank you Susan! Your hard work is appreciated and noticed!

This 5 star rating is for the pharmactist Stanley . He was working today and was very busy giving shots, helping customers and filling orders. All of this he was doing with the best attitude. In the past pharmacy staff has been rude to me and unfriendly. Stanley has changed my mind about this Walgreens. I hope he is there next time I need prescriptions!

This review is for Stanley, the pharmacist. I was there today and the pharmacy was super busy giving flu shots and filling prescriptions. Stanley never lost his positive attitude! He made the experience a great one.

The drive through pharmacy team is very reliable and efficient. I've pulled up to a line of 4 cars and was in the line for no more than 5 minutes total before it was my turn.

I am very grateful that you had my prescription in stock when no other pharmacy in Sarasota had it. You saved me from a very painful weekend and possibly from losing my sight in my eye. I can't say thank you enough!

Every single time I've been to this pharmacy, it's been hassle free and the team is helpful and courteous.

I love my girls at the Cosmetic Center! Make sure you check out there because they always look for coupons for you.

You just need to allow that this store is very busy and go when not at peak times
