Beautiful little neighborhood park with easy access. Well maintained parking lot and restroom. Nice little play area with jungle gym, slides, etc., for the kids. Pleasant walking trail leads to a short boardwalk at the edge of the lake. Scenic views of the lake. Tall cypress trees around the boardwalk, where numerous birds and turtles can be seen. Very pleasant area where you can take an enjoyable walk.

Usually pretty quiet. Entrance is easy to miss. Small playground for kids. Short bridge with a dock and is a nice view of the lake. Small walkable area but I bring my dog to walk there often. Lots of turtles around and I've seen small bobcats a few times.

So nice to find this place tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the sponge docks with social distancing still a thing. My grandkids loved it. Especially the tortoises!

A amazing little hidden park that is always well maintained and quiet. If you walk all the way to the back there is even a dock that goes out onto Lake Tarpon, such as pictured below!

This park has a small but nice playground, picnic tables and bathrooms. It is a short walk to a wooden pier which looks out over lake tarpon. There is a small elevation here and some open areas but not flat. Careful of picking up pieces of wood, I found a small scorpion nestled in the crack of a small piece one day.

This is a small but nice park in Tarpon Springs. They have a small but fairly new playground with 2 small slides and a higher corkscrew slide. There is a rope bridge connecting 2 towers and "trees" along one side with climbing "limbs". A log leads up the other side. The playground has a park theme with a window for kids to play the ranger. The rest of the park has a hill and small fields with a narrow strip of woods. The park extends to the water which has a wooden walkway/ dock that extends through the swampy edge out to the open water. Fishing is possible.

If you walk down the poorly marked trail, you will arrive at the most beautiful boardwalk that leads right onto Lake Tarpon. It's probably my favorite access spot on the lake. Definitely worth the short walk.

A small local park with all nice small playground, and area to walk dogs, a small pier to the lake, and a couple of tables to have a picnic. Beware of mosquitos on the pier side .

Wow. It's the "abandoned summer camp" from every slasher movie ever made. Freaky. Freaky, yet awesome.
