Hugo was absolutely awesome! Had to jump my car this morning just to get here and he got us a new battery and wiper blades so quickly! Definitely coming back.

Excellent customer service provided at my local AutoZone, don’t really know much about cars but whenever I have a question or need something, a worker named Lorenzo always helps me out whenever he can. Great worker that knows what he’s talking about. Helps me get in n out.

I had car trouble first thing on a Monday morning on my way to work, which was extremely frustrating and stressful. I called this AutoZone location and spoke with Hugo who was very helpful and kind. I stopped by the store after speaking with him and he went above and beyond to assist me, making an unpleasant experience more bearable. Amazing customer service, I definitely recommend this store and Hugo in particular.

I went into AutoZone, to get stuff for an oil change. This young man, Lorenzo was welcoming and swift to assist me. He didn’t make me feel dumb like some auto stores. He even went above and beyond and got my oil and filter for me.

Went to find the correct oil for my truck and had Lorenzo welcome me to the store,Then he went above and beyond to help me select a good oil Lorenzo even told me about the air filter and cabin filter for my vehicle he was an amazing guy compared to some stores around he made me like Autozone again.
