I love this place! The staff is super friendly, prices are very fair, food is fresh and delicious, and they're always fast. I love the Hunan Beef (pictured), beef and broccoli, crab rangoons, and their Lo Mein. The restaraunt is very clean, and you can see into the kitchen, which is very clean as well. 10/10 best Chinese in Dade City.

Decided on a quick lunch at China 1. My food was fantastic and the young lady behind the counter was friendly and handling customers and phone in by herself! I recommend!!

It’s a Dade City thing. The food is excellent the owner is extraordinary she remembers all her customers by their names or by their face. It’s hard for me to eat Chinese food because of the MSG she prepares my food without MSG she goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and I guarantee your belly will be happy too. I love China One. I don't know how the young lady does it but she remembers your order, even when it is placed via phone. She knows you when you walk in and asks about family members. The food is excellent. Always fresh, always hot and your order is always correct.

My first visit and I only ordered two egg rolls for my mom who was in the hospital but the lady was working so fast to fill ordered! She was friendly and really cared for the customers she was serving. Mom loved the egg rolls. The hospital staff also said that their food was amazing and service this good all the time!!

The girl that takes the orders and works the counter is absolutely amazing! She is so friendly and very intelligent. She always remembers us and what we order. This is the best Chinese food restaurant that we have ever used. The food is always perfect and delicious!

Great food and service. We have gone here for years and our daughter who lives on the other side of the county will only eat here. If you have any special dietary needs they will definitely take care of you. Our orders which go into the hundreds are always correct and the time given for pick up are always within a 5 minute window of accuracy.

China 1 is hands down the best Chinese food in our surrounding area. Mrs. Lin and family puts their hearts into their food. Not to mention, after a couple visits, she remembers what you order and how you like it most of the time! I can't rave enough about how great the food is. It is always consistent in taste, and the portions are excellent for the price. They are always busy, you may have to wait a few minutes, but it is well worth the wait! If you haven't checked them out, you are missing out on some delicious, delicious food! You can even tell them that I sent you! Just say the pork lomain with sno peas that worked at Ace Hardware. She will know who I am! Again, very delicious food at China 1 in Dade City!

The owners are so nice and I have never had a bad dish from here and I've been ordering from them for 8 years. The lady has an amazing memory. She can remember my order even when I only order once every 4 or 5 months. Good food.

My son and I have been going here for over 5 years. Best oriental food in Dade city!! Its not a chain, its like having a real home cooked Chinese family dinner and its a very personal experience bc she knows you by your voice, your phone number, your order and your face, and they have never once gotten any of my orders wrong! Going any other "Chinese" place near or around here is a waste of money bc you end up throwing away most of the food, but this food is so good if it fell on the floor you would start using that 5 seconds rule bc its too good to waste or throw away! This place is amazing all the way around.
