West Armory

This was our first time going to this range and we were not disappointed. This was on a Thursday so I will have to update after a weekend visit. They were not extremely busy so we were able to get right on a lane. Friendly and polite staff who seemed to be very knowledgeable. I did not count the lanes but there appeared to be 5 or 6 and their max distance is 22 yards. They have the auto target retrieval system that was very easy to learn and operate. The two of us spent one hour shooting and we had a blast. After shooting we stored our guns in the vehicle and shopped in their well stock showroom. We will definitely be going back again and will probably be on a weekend next time.

10/10 this place is great. All the staff is great, they are helpful and welcoming. The range was awesome as well. If you need a new toy or want to go shoot, go to west armory ! You won’t be disappointed

Great experience overall. Wonderful customer service, very knowledgeable associates and rangemasters. Renting one of their full autos was absolutely amazing! If you're going to rent one, rent the MP5! I know the vector looks cool, but trust me, get the MP5.

These guys are awesome! Super knowledgeable and friendly staff and owners, and whatever you want, they have it in stock! Great prices, and the cleanest, most modern gun store you'll ever enter! Highly recommend these guys!!!!

I grew up hunting so I'm very comfortable with rifles and shotguns. Handguns not so much. I recently got a handgun at West Armory. The entire team at West Armory was very helpful, patient, and professional with me as I had A LOT of questions! They took the time to explain things and made me feel comfortable. They showed me how to use my new firearm, gave me a few pointers on the range, and never made me feel dumb or that I was inconveniencing them as a beginner trying to learn something new. Their facility is clean and well maintained. If you're an avid shooter or a beginner like me I would highly recommended going to West Armory. Their team is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Truly and sincerely, THE best customer service and gun range. Yes, the gun range offers far more than just technology but its also interactive which is unique. They have earned me as a customer forever. Ive been to all the ranges in the area and tampa such as Shooters World and this one just stands out and its far greater. It gets a 10/10 experience on everything. Once you come here rest assure it will make you come back again and again.

West Armory staff was awesome with helping me find a gun other stores did not have. Great place to shop and the staff was very knowledgeable and provided helpful information. I will recommend West Armory to other family members and friends.

The staff is very knowledgeable, and, above all, patient and super friendly. That first impression goes a long way. I went in having no clue of what I wanted. Kevin’s intense knowledge steered me to the exact item I needed. Kyle and the additional staff were also very accommodating - including the lady at the front desk (I think her name is Lindsey). They have found a new loyal customer.

I’d give it 6 stars but that wasn’t an option! These folks are here to help you with every question you could ever have! Great service and friendly smiles! Time and time again. They have the hardware you need…and have a place to practice using it.

I have been to West Armory a couple of times, everyone has always been polite,friendly and helpful. I recently went to inquire about purchasing a rifle and sight. I dealt with Kevin who was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to answer any questions I had. I never felt pressured or rushed.
To me, customer service is just as important as the quality of the product you're buying. At West Armory both get an A+ rating!! I will definitely be a regular customer. Thank you West Armory and to all the Veterans who work there, thank you for your service!!

The atmosphere of the shop is great, storefront looks nice and well organized. Most importantly the staff members were helpful and friendly. They sell products for reasonable prices and stock items that you normally would have to order like springs and detents. I would highly recommend West Armory. These folks deserve the business!

My husband and I took the "Expert Training" class with Jason. He is amazing! His firearm skills, knowledge, and teaching makes him second to none. If anyone is looking to further their skill, Jason will help you achieve your goals. After the course, we did time on the rang (which is very clean) and the staff is courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend West Armory Dade City.

Arrived close to closing time and the store was still quite busy. (That's a good sign) Inventory seemed to have plenty of selection, employees were all knowledgeable on products and services offered. Range was well organized and operational. Prices for ammo, gun rental/eye pro/ ear pro very affordable. The very best impression was how well Shane took care of a group ahead of us that had multiple first time shooters. They were in the lane next to my small group and the patient calm way he lead them through loading, unloading and shooting was commendable. Putting them at ease and explaining everything in friendly communication while still making everyone mindful of safety without being intimidating. I'll be coming here again, both for range time and to shop.

Fantastic customer service all around! Truly made you feel like family/valued customer unlike other big names in the area. From start to finish, the range , gun rental and purchase of firearms. Again very pleased!
