Dollar General

I'm not big on shopping at Dollar General because of the customer service I always got. I decided to shop after being told about a sale and found this store to be completely different! The people working here are so friendly and helpful!! I went back today for a second day in a row and it was just as great! I wish I got the lady's name because she truly deserves some recognition.

The cashier was SUPER nice tonight. Really what you would want out of a customer service rep. Attentive and fast she reduced the line in 5 minutes and did so with a smile on her face. A pleasant visit overall.

Compared to other Dollar Generals I have shopped at, this one appears to be better managed. Very professional, courteous employees, as well as neat and clean store. This stems from careful vetting of applicants vs. an employee telling the manager they have a friend looking for a job when a vacancy is open. The lazy habit side of me wishes it was a stand alone store like the others I shopped at because of the distance in parking. I almost have come to terms with that knowing once I am inside I will not be disappointed.

I really do love my DG! The store is always clean. They keep everything very well stocked. If you can't find any, they are out of it! And the employees are always so kind and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better crew of employees. That's my DG!

I was lost coming from Brooksville and heading to Lakeland. I kept driving in circles. My phone was dead. Finally broke down and asked for directions. Erin Williams is the best! She wrote simple directions!❤❤❤ I love her heart so much. Thank you for helping me!! 🐦😃🐦😃🐦

One of my favorite stores to acquire pain reliever, cleaning, deodorizers, all paper, razor, detergent products. Prizes are great even better with coupons or when on sale. Highly recommend!

It's like Cheers, everybody knows your name.. I love it. Don't like the changes, but that's because I don't like change, 😉, but I'll get used to it. Clean, organized, fast, and friendly.

Loved the new remodel. Found things alot easier and there were so many more choices that I had a hard time choosing what I wanted.
