Jim Browne Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Dade City

I absolutely LOVE our experience with Jim Browne of Dade City. I had previously taken my Jeep to a different dealer two weeks ago because we felt that something was wrong with our Jeep, the mechanics of the competitor dealer said that they couldn’t find anything wrong with our Jeep. Even though we had a feeling that something was not right. Thankfully my husband that a great idea of getting a second opinion, and thank goodness that he did. The mechanics at Jim Browne were able to pinpoint exactly what the issue was. Turns out that our Jeep was not safe to drive at all. The rear end axle was damaged and in very bad shape. We could have been in a serious accident if went unfixed. Thank you Jim Browne for hiring awesome mechanics and a wonderful staff. Our service advisor Macy Kagey kept us well informed of everything that was being done to our Jeep. Everyone at the dealer are super professional and friendly to work with. They all turned a bad experience from the competitor dealer into a positive one. We highly recommend Jim Browne of Dade City for service and purchasing a new vehicle.

I recently had a soft top put on my Jeep Wrangler by Jim Browne of Dade City. Matt was the Service Advisor and Duane installed it. Before I left the facility, Duane took the time to demonstrate how to operate my new top--putting it up and taking it down. Both Duane and Matt were super helpful and thorough. I absolutely love my new ride with the new top! I had to go back to Jim Browne to repair an issue a few days ago. This time, Scott was the Service Advisor and Duane, once again, took care of my Jeep. These 3 Jeep employees are top notch. I left both times completely satisfied and happy knowing that my Jeep was in excellent hands. Thank you, Jim Browne of Dade City, for your quality service.

I recently came here with my boyfriend we had just came to look at a truck he’d seen passing by to work we live in Lakeland so it’s kinda a drive we had no intention on buying but it was just to nice to pass it up. Nowadays it's rare to find a dealership with realistic prices. When I was looking for a dodge durango gt plus on the website, the prices were too high. That was not the case with Jim Browne CJDR. When i called i got Vince Lionelli. We talked about the car, I told him my expectations, and very quickly we agreed on the price. When I went to the scheduled appointment, everything was the same as on the phone. Vince welcomed me, showed me the car, he was very knowledgeable and polite. I am happy with my new car and I would recommend Vince and this dealership to everyone. This dealership has no extra hidden expenses like most of them do. After Vince I got a chance of speaking with Janna Mckenna from finance department and she was also friendly, easygoing and knowledgeable. She helped me to choose the best option for me and she was open to discuss all the questions I had regarding car finance. Overall I got the car I wanted for great price, l got lifetime warranty from them and I went happy out of this dealership.

Very Professionally managed company. Acccurate, timely, polite, and commitment based communications regarding service work. Fair priced. Service Manager clearly sets and manages performance standards and objectives for service writers & Mechanics. Company seems to function as a productive team with respect to service work. I have not yet purchased a vehicle here but will certainly include them in my next purchase search.

Very professional staff, valued my time got me in and out as fast as they could. Did a really good job with my Jeep...needed oil change/rotation/sensor/fog light change and I thought I would be there all day but was done in a cpl of hours. I would highly recommend this location for parts and service and the guarantee they offer. Everyone from guy who checked me in to Scott in parts was friendly, polite and courteous.

Jeep app recognized my car indicator symptoms and prompted me for service right away. Directed me to the closest location and they made an 8am appointment the next day. It was an expensive problem, but the service repair tech worked with me to get the price at the best spot possible. Repair was down well and have had no problems since!

I have bought several vehicles over the years from Jim Browne in Dade City. I’ve been very happy with the service I have received over the years and as a result, I’ve been a loyal customer. There are MANY dealerships to choose from and Jim Browne definitely works hard to earn your business.

Hey Jim Browne, buy this guy a steak!! He deserves it!

I had an excellent experience purchasing my car. I called about a vehicle listed on the website and was told that it was in the process of being sold but that they would keep an eye out for other cars that came in that were a similar price/make/model and they would call me if anything changed. I received a call the same night and they told me the other purchaser had decided to go in a different direction and asked if I’d like to come for a test drive. I did so and the rest is history. Larry, Chris, and Joanna are the best! From start to finish they were helpful and thorough and made my first experience purchasing a car a great one!

Gene was awesome. He told us that our van was in great shape and his team did an excellent job of getting the oil changed and doing a diagnostics inspection to make sure everything was okay on our RAM Promaster 3500. Gene told us upfront the cost and stuck to it. In and out very quickly. Highly recommend this service department.

I have recently purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn pick up truck from Jim Browne of Dade City. My saleperson was Tim Lewis. I noticed this vehicle on line and began communicating with Tim via text and also email. Tim was always prompt, answered all of my questions and he was very helpful. When I went to the dealership he was very professional and he is not a person who was a high pressure sales person. Tim answered all of my questions about the vehicle and he was patient and explained the interior/exterior. I would recommend Tim to anyone who would like to inquire about a vehicle. I would also like to add that the staff at this business is very accommodating and helpful.

All in all my experience with Jim Browne Citrus Chry. was very good! Aaron Skinner was very helpful as he was in 2017. While the
2023 Chevy Equinox was on Mr. Browne's Chevrolet lot, It would have been extremely helpful to have gotten an owners' manual with the vehicle. Being electronically & gadgetry wise still in the Stone Age, having the manual to refer to would have been most helpful! If my positive experience can be of any help to Aaron or
