The service at this McDonald's Dade City is the best. I truly feel welcomed everytime I dine here. My orders are always right and fresh. I also love how they support our local students with their academics. This McDonald's Rocks!!!!

Every time I go to this location it’s an issue. They was remodeling one time I was waiting for my coupon to load with no where to pull over to redeem I stayed back from ordering window till I can get coupons to load the store dm Carolina comes running to my car as if I was wrong💁🏽‍♀ Then today I order a big breakfast add a patty and extra sausage. Get home no sausages.I called the store and the manager picked up I went over my concern that’s it’s always mishap there are they under the influence that they just can’t seem to get orders right her words exact GO SOMEWHERE ELSE she was bold to say that disrespectfully but when ask her name she said Maria no manager there is name Maria if u can’t be honest with people hard earn money atleast be honest bout your name🤣🤣🤣 And no worries I will take my business else where cause I never get what I pay for at this location anyway Maria

They have changed their chicken nuggets. The ones I ate were more flattened. So they were drier than usual. It just is not as crunchy as they used to be. Just did not taste the same.

I greatly appreciate being able to sit down in MacD to have my hot coffee and toasted muffin sandwich.. The employees help me feel great by having a clean dinning area and great service. My travel from Zephyrhill is worth ever mile to have the experience of customer satisfaction...

So I was missing some items for my order one night and the next night the manager Alan, I believe he said his name was, comped me for an entirely new order. He went above and beyond. Everytime I go up there rectifies issues immediately and handles them with grace. He definitely needs a raise!

Out of all the McDonald's the staff here actually tries their
best and does a good job.

The food was great! Hot and fresh fries 🍟 as well as a great tasting burger. The service was fast and friendly. We used the mobile app to order, and it was east to use. The atmosphere was modern and clean! We will be back!

Food was fresh and hot restaurant was clean even the bathrooms manager had everything in control employees were happy not grumpy though the manager seemed stern both managers on duty made it pleasant for them non seem to feel like it was a unwanted chore heck when the gent asked how the woman's room was 2 girls offered to check and clean very impressed

Same as any other McDonald's, they can never get an order correct.

They were slow at getting the door dash orders out but can't complain too much because every employee was working hard to go faster

Returning home from Southern Florida I passed many places to eat just to obtain my favorite a delicious big breakfast meal with Hotcakes! McDonald's no matter what area, metropolis, or state, has the best breakfast ready in mear minutes and delicious too. Thank you McDonald's for keeping with the status pro quo and never diminishing your meals to us hungry hard workers.

McDonald's is always a reliable place to find dinner when its late, nothing else is open and you don't feel like cooking! I appreciate the accuracy of my order, especially when asking for fries "fresh dropped" or "made to order." It's disappointing when fries an cold and mushy, however that has not been the case here. Fast and friendly service....highly recommended!

We love love the McD apt despite issues being charged when store didn't have the item, no replacement. Love the ease an never having to use the drive way. Happy my husband no longer uses the driveway. Family togetherness in the McD parking lot ordering dinner on a Friday.

My friend's and I had gotten there late, and had to wait a good minute for our food, which wasn't a problem at all. But because of that, the person at the drive through had upgraded my medium frappe to a large to compensate for the wait. It was very nice of him to do so
