Our sales rep, Tim Dayok, was great to work with. We went in looking to test drive a Chevy Equinox, and 4 hours later, left with our new car. It couldn’t have been any easier, and Tim was helpful every step of the way. He gave us the information needed to make our new car tow-ready, and even helped us procure an accessories we were looking for but wasn’t appearing on their website! All in all, a good experience.

I can’t express how easy this dealership made the process of buying my first ever new car! Tim was the most helpful sales rep and was able to answer all of our questions and more. He took the time to go over the cars features with us and didn’t hesitate to snap a picture of my husband and I to capture this milestone! Very satisfied customer. David Burke was by far the best car sales representative I've ever done business with when buying a car. David was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicle, was not pushy at all and truly did everything to help the car buying process be as smooth as possible. When I told David what I was looking for he showed me comparable models between GMC , Chevy and Buick and was very helpful in narrowing down which model would work best for what I needed. At one point he even brought a tape measure around and measured the back seats of each one to help me visualize how my kids car seats would fit. When it came down to negotiating the price, David did not play any games like other dealers are known to do. When asked, he was upfront immediately about all fees and gave the final pricing very quickly and was very calm, and down to earth when we then negotiated the final price. My truck was taken to Jim Browne late September '23 in need of a new engine. Andrew, my service advisor, stayed in great contact with me and my extended warranty company. The fact Andrew contacted me via text about basic updates and statuses was very convenient and appropriate. He would call about major updates or when my approval was needed. They did an extraordinary job of repairing my vehicle! I really appreciate that at the time of completion I did not have all my funds and they were nice enough to wait two additional weeks until I was able to get my money together. David found the one I wanted, he called me, I went and test drove it and it was a done deal. We all know the fun part about buying a car, "the figures", David went step by step with me, advising me of all the figures and made sure I understood them. I took my truck in to get my tires dismounted from current wheels and mounted to new aftermarket wheels. JT and Justin (Service Advisors) were beyond excellent. There were some issues with the work done and slight damage to the wheels, but this team went above and beyond to make things right. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional and made sure whatever I needed, got done. I would not hesitate to go back to Jim Browne. Great job team!
