Phenomenal gym!!! I had the privilege of meeting the owner. He’s down to earth and attentive.
The facility is clean, not overly crowded and plenty of equipment to choose from.

The only real gym in the area. Weights go up to seriously heavy sizes, outdoor area to flip tires and bench. Sets of dumbbells everywhere. This gym is for those that are passionate and serious about lifting. Not for the weak of heart. My favorite gym in the southeast.

Been a member for 2 years and love the character of the place, the people and the proximity to my house. I got tired of the "designer" big name gyms with all the flash and trappings. If you are looking for a place to train and get fit, this is the place. Nothing fancy, by any means, but that is what I like about it. Monthly memberships are reasonable and you get 24/7 access. If you bring a guest, sign them in and pay $10. If your guest decides to join, that $10 is applied to their membership.

The new owners have upgraded a lot of equipment and the access control devices.

Dec 2023- the owners are always upgrading equipment. The gym is clean. However, some folks need a lesson in gym etiquette such as unloading the bars and putting weights back where they belong. Lion Heart has been my gym for 10 years and don't plan on leaving.

One of the best gyms for leg equipment in the Clearwater area. If you’re meat head or just a fitness enthusiast go check it out. They even have day passes.

Awesome gym with a lot of equipment you need to get in shape

Every person i have met in the gym has been amazing. I don’t work there often, but when I’m there it feels like home. Saul, Tony, Jessi, and Ty did an amazing job on the updates.

It is so clean and the temperature in the gym is balanced and cool. Saul and Tony have replaced older equipment while implementing new features. In the next few months you will see even more features.

A real old school powerhouse gym, that’s updated clean, cool, and friendly!

Been here for about 6 months. The experience has been great. For those surfing for more info, they are 24/7 and they have pretty good gear for weight lifters.

A few to note:

- 3 squat racks
- 1 smith machine (cabled squat rack)
- 2 benches for bench press
- 1 inclined bench for inclined bench press
- 1 dedicated deadlift area with a load support piece (this is AMAZING)

And a bunch of other stuff like multiple racks of dumbbells.

If you are into weight lifting this gym is your best bet in the area.

I re-joined Lion Heart after seeing all the boxing bags on the outside patio on the new website. The new owner cleaned the place up, made extra room between machines and completely re-did the bathrooms. Prettiest bathrooms I've ever seen in a gym! It has been easy to speak with the owner so far and the employees are great. Great gym for weightlifting and boxing training.

Love it! Clean and love the color scheme! The staff and new ownership is AMAZING!!! Made me feel right at home as soon as I stepped in the door and hasn’t changed, been going for 2 months now and I absolutely LOVE it! I love the 24hr access and the permission to scream shout and grunt allows me to train with no judgement. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to workout on their own terms! Thanks so much guys for being so dope!

All i can say is wow! The renovated facility is outstanding!

Bottom line is you're not going to find a gym of this caliber anywhere in the Tampa area, at this price point, with this amount of equipment, PLUS air conditioning. Every other similar gym is $10-$20+ more per month. Not to mention the people are great, everyone helps each other and doesn't judge. We're here to support each other to hit our fitness goals, whatever they might be.

Not many gyms like this, especially for the cost. Since I’ve been a member a few months ago they’ve added 5 new pieces of great equipment. Awesome place

Nice gym. Smaller than your average gym but still has a decent amount of equipment. Steve, the owner is really friendly and straight forward. The gym reminds me of a garage gym where you go in to get work done and get out.

Pros:
-Great free weight collection
-Rarely crowded
-24hrs
-Tires out back
-Good atmosphere

Cons:
-Not the newest equipment (it is all still 100% functional)
-Not much open space

Great Gym. Has almost all manner of machines and weights. including 3 heavy bags, a speed bag, and a double end bag as well.
Has 3 restrooms and showers. It's clean and spacious.
Open 24 hours!

Best Part: No contract memberships, no inane or hidden fees. Just pay and go workout. A real gym.

Lionheart gym is a friendly atmosphere, where I always feel comfortable working out. The employees are ready to assist with any movements I have questions about, and the trainer is very knowledgeable. If I want to do my own thing, I can always do that as well. 10/10 recommend lionheart to all my friends.

The only real gym left in town. Everyone there are nice willing to help out. Steve the owner is super nice. 24 hour access. If your tired of fighting over machines and looking for cable attachments. Try Lion Heart Gym, all the free weights you can use and every machine you could want. You know your at a real gym when there are three squat racks and three dead lift areas.

This gym is my second home. Lionheart is more than just a brand or a name, it’s a family. Owners and employees of the gym have always been helpful, and there’s always an event going on to bring a fun vibe to the place. Great facility with all the necessary equipment to meet strength and/or physique goals. New owners have updated and renovated the gym beautifully and the staff seems to works hard everyday to ensure the facility is clean and taken care of.

24 hour access is great! Highly recommend lion heart over any facility in the Pinellas Park area!

This is the only old school lifting gym in Pinellas that I know of. If that's what you're looking for, you'll love it. The owner is really helpful and friendly and the gym is not over crowded. It's the only place I've been to recently that allows you to use chalk. You'll see a lot of people here lifting some serious weight but everyone's pretty friendly and it's a great environment for someone just starting out.
That said, it's not your typical fitness gym. If you're looking for group fitness classes, you won't find it here. There are some treadmills but the cardio equipment is minimal. There are bathrooms you can change in but no real locker room. Basically, I love the place but my wife wouldn't be in to it at all.

Owner, staff and members are all very friendly, welcoming and provide a family-like atmosphere. Old school feel of a barbell club with renovations and quality improvements. Best gym in Pinellas Park by far.
