Dr. Hidalgo and his staff are amazing. My daughter has been going there since she was born. Two and half years later and she still doesn’t cry to go to the doctor. It’s fun for her!!

Dr. Hidalgo has been my daughter's pediatrician since she was 3 days old. He knows everything about her and she loves him! I wouldn't change him for anything!

Dr Carlos and his staff treats my kids as family.
They even called me everyday during the weekend to make sure that my 15month is doing well

Been coming to Hidalgo for over 25 years. Love the guy and his wife. Lovely people. I brought my oldest daughter, my nieces and nephews and now my 1y/o. It's time to pack it up tho. The wait is maddeningly long and unnecessary. EVERY appointment before 12pm is actually a 12pm appointment. NOBODY will see the doctor before then. He simply WON'T be there. My appt was 10:50am. I'm leaving now at 12:35pm. We as parents RACE to get here to not be charged for missing an appointment while he's not even in the building, nor will he be anytime soon. They fill up ALL the rooms before he ever gets here! Then you gotta wait in whatever order you were put in the room while ALL THE OTHER FAMILIES see him AND ask their questions AND get their answers. The problem isn't their questions, it's the time wasted while packing patients in the building to WAIT on a "professional". WHO are we trying to convenience? The patients or the doctor? I think it's pretty clear. The nurses can't answer ANYTHING until they speak to him. Heaven forbid there is traffic on US-19 cause you'll be waiting for that too. Instead of getting here early like MOST medical practitioners and see the patients when THEY are ready, he doesn't even show up till NOON! Got his career on cruise control. I expect them to see this and maybe even give a call cause they recognize me. But I say, DON'T, no need to call. Make me wrong. FIX THIS! I KNOW we're not the only ones cause I hear the babies in other rooms crying relentlessly for an hour or more. Make it so 8-10 families aren't spending NAP TIME trying to keep their babies entertained to convenience HIM. I'm just sick of it. Yes, things have been said directly, only excuses are given for why. It happens EVERY appointment, there's no way it coincidentally happens EVERY time I have one.

The wait is extremely long every time, all the staff is rude, including dr Hidalgo(on top of this they don’t clean anything after sick children puke and cough all over seats, nor wash hands)
