SUR-MITE

The selling agent for my property referred me to this company. I was apprehensive at first based upon the reviews. SurMite (specifically Kay) has been doing a great job. I am happy with their service and her responsiveness. They also happen to be the least expensive of the places that do boundary surveys. The survey I received appears very professionally done. They will be returning to place the remainder of flags once the fence line is cleared. They were unable to set all the flags due to the dense vegetation. And I was able to also see the rod markers where the flags that they did post. I am very happy that I used SurMite.

These people are spectacular to work with.

Received a referral upon a house purchase. The survey they provided is bare minimal. The Symbol Key is missing and a guessing game as to what lines mean what. I reached out to their office for more assistance and was told they don't have my survey because it was not backed up. The lady that answered the phone could not and would not assist in deciphering what her company put on the survey I hired them for. I even emailed my copy to her. I will not be referring them to anyone else. Nothing like a small company taking money then doing a Forrest Gump!

This is the worst company ever. Paid for a survey with and easement and 4 pins in each corner. The never put pins in or a legal description of the easement. When I tried to get them to fix it they wanted 800 to pin it and 500 more for a legal description. Complete rip off. Read all of their reviews before using, many better companies out there then this fly by night.

Horrible experience! Horrible communication. Didn’t do half of what was communicated. And then have the nerve to charge me 1350 for a survey. Never received elevation certificate. Because it was never done ! They also rescheduled once . Making it so I couldn’t make an informed decision. And lost out on the property.
