I have purchased several vehicles in my life and almost every time I completed the purchase I fealt cheated, well not here... Mike is a stand up guy, he isn't your average "Used Car salesman". He is honest and I fealt comfortable enough to buy my son a car from him.

My daughter assisted me with looking for a van for myself. She saw the 2012 Chrysler Town and country. We drove it n we loved it. Michael made sure it was beautiful and clean for customers. He was very down to earth, honest and fair with his prices. I’m very happy with my beautiful van. Mike is an amazing guy! He was very friendly and professional. Had great cars at prices we could afford. Found a van I liked online and sent a text to the owner about viewing the vehicle. He responded fed immediately and was easy to communicate with. Went to the lot and found a different van we liked instead. Easily test drove both vans. Very easy process with the purchase, the easiest car buying process I’ve had! Really great service. I was stuck with no wheels and trying to figure out how to get to when both my other vehicles went down at the Same time and they helped me get into a really nice truck and driving again in one day. I will definitely be using them again

I purchased a 2007 VW EOS from East Lake Truck and Car sales. The car is pristine. Everything works and the paint hob is excellent. Most people that look at it think it is a brand new car. I will do business again with them, their professionalism was incredible.

Update Today 7/29/2020 Mike sold the 2007 Eos that I bought from him to another happy customer. I needed something bigger and I asked Mike to find me a buyer. He did and everyone is happy. Mike at East Lake is a great guy to work with. I did not have to hassle with showing the car myself.

I used USAA to find a pre-owned truck, and they directed me to East lake Truck and Car sales. Mike had exactly what I was looking for. I purchased it, and have had no issues at all. Mike was very accommodating and helpful. Even when we had an issue with my bank and payment, he was very understanding.

I went in to buy my first car in the US after shopping around in the Tampa area. I ended up purchasing a 2009 VW Jetta with under 100k miles on it from Mr. Malki at East Lake Truck & Car Sales. He was extremely helpful in finding me the right car from his lot. Although this was not the car I was expecting to buy, with Mr. Malki's assistance, I was able to find the right one to meet my needs with the best quality for my budget. The purchasing process was very smooth, and Mr. Malki took care of all the paperwork and registrations for me. I stayed in contact with the dealer after to clarify a few pointers several weeks after the purchase, and he was extremely professional, polite, and quick to respond.

I bought a 2009 Toyota Camry from Mike. He was friendly and I got a good deal on the car.
I would have liked to be able to take it for a test drive, however Mike worked with me to get the car to my mechanic to have it inspected and was upfront about any major concerns, so I felt confident purchasing without a test drive.
Overall, it was a good experience. I have been driving the car for almost a month and enjoying it!

Fantastic experience with Mike! Took excellent care of my family of 4, and got us an amazing deal on our SUV, GAP coverage, and warranty. It's hard to find an honest used car salesman, but Mike is as honest as they come. We came all the way from Tampa, but they're definitely worth the trip. Would 100% do business with them again!
