I’ve seen many dermatologists during my life since I tend to get serious cases of exzema since birth. I e have also developed other conditions but not skin cancer thank God. I really like Dr Scannon. He listens to me; asks me questions & is very knowledgeable. His association with USF sealed my confidence in him. He’s top notch!

I was always seeing by Sandy Snyder until your office stopped taking my insurance and now I have Optimum and I was told your office doesn't take that either I'm sad but I understand I wish you take my insurance so I can go back to see you guys. Thank you for your previous services.

Made an appointment for 5/2 9:00 am. To see Dr. Julie.
I received numerous text messages reminding me of my appointment. I showed up 15 min early as instructed. No one there office closed.
Called and was told I was the only scheduled appointment for today so the office just decided to close and I was never notified. They said I would have to reschedule for 5/18, and was careful to remind me at end of call that there would be a fee for no shows. I like Dr Scannon but Julie or her office has no concern for patient scheduling.
I should be paid for her no show.
