Store was empty at time of my arrival which was good for me. Store is always clean with polite salesperson. Items all laid out perfectly and most of all had my size in stock. Have been here many times before so I knew my size boots without measurement. Salesperson also treated my ole boots.

Went today and now very happy new boot owners! Also got socks and cleaning supplies. Luckily they were able to accommodate women’s work boots sizing and got to leave there with men’s size 7.5 and not have to wait for online. Summer was the associate working alone, had about 3 customers at the same time she was helping and kept her cool and got to everyone. Really amazing associate and will return again. Thank you!

Nick was hands down the best shoe fitter I've ever dealt with! I called him at 545pm in bumper to bumper traffic on US19 asking him to pull out a size 13D or E Mock Steel Toe.. He replied dont rush, drive safely, we'll take care of you.. I got there at 555pm.. (They close at 6pm) He digitally measured my foot and arches, he attempted a few suggestions and after some feedback on fit on my end, We nailed the tail on the Donkey! I love my new boots! After my experiences at the Tampa store I was ready to give up on Red wings all together paying high prices for boots and not getting good customer service finding the Palm Harbor store Nick is an absolutely outstanding employee came into my boot serviced ended up getting a second pair nick is extremely knowledgeable If you've shopped at the Tampa store and you're thinking about giving up on Red wings give Palm Harbor a shot sometimes people make all the difference no matter how good the brand is Nick treated my boots like he was working on his own Red wings needs to use this nick as the standard for customer service

I can’t say enough good things about Nick, and redwing boots. I’ve been buying boots here for probably pretty close to a decade. Nick has always gone above and beyond my expectations, and stands behind the product he so proudly sells like no other! Today, I went in to get some new insoles for work boots I had bought in march, they were staring to get pretty worn, and I figured no big deal since I live in my work boots. When Nick saw which insoles I had, he had mentioned that he refuses to carry that line of insoles anymore as they weren’t up to par and recommended another insole. When I took my boot off, he noticed that a few of the stitches had busted along the back of the boot, which has been a common occurrence for me In every pair of boots that style I’ve owned. Upon seeing that, Nick frowned and said “that’s no good, let’s get you another pair” and warrantied out my boots, refunded the insoles that hadn’t lasted, and included a new pair of insoles that he thinks will last much longer for me, all at no charge. This is not the first time that Nick, and the crew at Redwing Palm Harbor have gone far beyond my expectations and taken care of me like an old friend. This is the only place I buy boots, because it’s the only place I’ve found that has a team that so passionately stands behind their products, listens to their customers, offers advice or solutions for how to care for or maintain their product. They don’t want to just make a sale, they make a relationship.

Got a pair of work boots here and it changed me for good. Excellent customer service along with great shoes. The free services that come with buying a pair of shoes is top tier. Just came in and got my boots oiled and reconditioned thanks to Nick, that man is very knowledgeable.

I Greatly appreciate Nick at the palm harbor store. The man does a great job not just with knowledge of the selection of boots but also ensuring the fit is just right. I tried multiple sizes due to needing extra room for my ankle braces. Nick was fantastic in helping assure all my criteria for a boot was met and I couldn’t be happier with the figment of my new boots. Went to red wing to get some boots through my company. Never gotten redwings before and since my company gives vouchers I decided to see what they had. The guy here does an amazing job and will not let you walk out the door without the right Pair of shoes or boots on your feet. He measured and went through many options untill we finally found a pair that would work for me. The service alone will bring me back to this location for my next pair.

I recently got a very good job that required a good pair of boots. I thought I would save some money and get a cheap pair of boots at Walmart and I definitely suffered my first week on the job for it. I stop by red wing boots on a recommendation from my boss and was expertly taken care of by Nick who found me the perfect pair of boots. To say that Nick knows his business is an understatement he was one of the most knowledgeable footwear experts I’ve ever dealt with and the customer service was outstanding.
