Panera Bread

This Panera was inviting as soon as you walk in. It smelled clean and the temperature was comfortable. The next thing you notice is how the pastries were displayed! It made you want to stop and choose one. When the food came out you could see the steam from the soup and you knew that it was the perfect temperature on a cold day. Very pleasant experience all around!!

Ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and a four-cheese egg souffle...chicken avocado melt and modern Greek salad with quinoa. All was fresh, delicious, and well-portioned. We also drank green smoothie and superfruit smoothie; both were sweet, tasty, and refreshing! Outstanding customer service and a quiet, chill environment.

Love me some Panera Bread . The food is always fresh and amazing. The iced sugar cookies are my all time favorite . All the ones I have been to are always clean . I will say they are very pricey. I had cobb salad , french onion soup , tea , and 2 sugar cookies and I spent $17 and thats no tip included.

Great meal and a pleasant surprise. We ordered two (2) Green Goddess salads and two (2) steak and white cheddar sandwiches and everything was really, really good. The sandwich was built properly with ample meat, cheese and spicy horseradish sauce (perfect) and the salads were perfect. This Panera Bread location gets my highest recommendation of 10/10.

Main Street Panera Bread 🥪 is A+ and has this one outstanding employee name Emma which work drive thru. She is very valuable to the company and she always delivers timely service making sure your food order is correct with such a pleasant spirit.

Placed an order today on behalf of my company. Gentry was AMAZING and super helpful. No one else was able to help until I spoke to Gentry and after that all the questions we had were answered. He made sure we got the correct menu as well. He went above and beyond for our order and we thank him. Gentry is a huge asset to the Cartersville Panera.

I just want to say thank you to the manager Jesse for correcting another companies mistake! I had placed my order through Uber eats and after an hour and a half they switched my order to another driver. That driver stated that the previous person had already picked up the order and she then cancelled my order. After calling Panera, Jesse went out of his way to fix the issue and I picked up my order. In the 16 years I've lived in Cartersville I have not experienced such an amazing customer service! Thank you again :-)

I have been going to Starbucks and Dunkin trying to find the perfect hot and cold coffee, with no luck. It's either to sweet or bitter or weak. I went to Panera Bread this morning and found the perfect hot coffee cinnamon crunch latte is delicious 🎉🎊😍👌👌👌Thank You Panera💕💞

I have a sub to Panera's unlimited sip club (I can get any size drink of my choice every 2 hours for $8.99 a month) so I run inside the store at least once a day to fix my drink/s. They used to bring it to my car but now you have to spend at least $5 for them to do so. Which is fine. Sometimes I'll get food and I'll still get out & go in now that I am used to not being lazy and summoning my order to the car. Haha I love everything at this place.

Have visited many Panera locations throughout the Midwest and the South. The food was consistent with their quality standards. Service was fast ( restaurant relatively quiet before the lunch hour) and servers pleasant. Especially liked the physical layout which probably helps keep noise levels down.

Comfortable and great pleace for lunch. They need a regular plain old salad with ranch thoug. Even vinaigrette would be fine. Not everyone likes a crazy salad. Love the field greens, tomatoes, red onion, cucumbers, etc. Just want a regular old salad LOL.

I have enjoyed using this Panera a lot for great food and service. They make so many great dishes to choose from. I love the Autumn Squash Soup & wish they would keep it on the menu permanently (all year long)! I definitely recommend this restaurant!

Food is always good service is too....When an employee is actually there to offer service. No exaggeration, Out of the 10 times I've been to this place, maybe once there's been someone working out front to take your order. Every other time I'm left standing in a ghost town lobby, ordering through the app or one of the kiosks (which isn't bad either cause your can customize the orders more easily).

Great space for lunch meetings, or plenty of good two top booths with outlets to pop in and catch up on some work and charge your device.

The Spinach Bacon Poppyseed salad I had was a real treat. The food was prepped fast, the service was friendly and warm, and the store was well designed and clean.

Would definitely come here again.

I love the Panera Bread in Cartersville. There are some of the friendliest people that work there. I have also been very pleased that this store has hired a young man with special needs. This is such a blessing. I will go here even more often. This store is always clean, the food is delicious and fresh. I love Panera and I am very proud of the restaurant in our town.

I have never had Panera bread until today besides one of my employees getting me a muffin from there. (So amazing btw) but,

I have never had a sandwhich so fresh in my life. It tasted so great and it is real food. My husband had the Tuscan sandwhich and he loves it. I will try it next time. It is costly, but for the quality of food you get, it is very well worth it. Plus the customer service is top notch.

I come to the Cartersville panera weekly and i always receive great service from Zoey! she is quick and hard working and always makes sure my order is correct and packaged neatly!! you are lucky if you get her as your cashier
