Publix Super Market at Main Street

I really like this store. You're likely to find a nice selection of International food options here. Everyone is helpful, patient, goes beyond expectations. Their people in their Pharmacy are ultra professional, experienced, and helpful in suggesting cold & flu remedies.

They take care of the store and make sure you have a good experience shopping. They seem to always have handicap shopping carts, unlike walmart.

I was in Publix today and went through Madison’s check out, she was super sweet and helpful… thank you so much..! On the way home i had the misfortune to stop in Ingles and got just the opposite experience, cranky…unsweet… whom will remain nameless.. ( she clearly did not want to be there) and she didn’t care who knew it.. Thanks Publix/Madison!

Store is always clean staff is always willing to help prices are a bit high but the buy one get one usually balances it out

I love Publix, I used to shop at one in FL and was delighted when they came to Cartersville. I wish there was one on the West side. There staff is always helpful and friendly, the store is spotless and selection is great.

Butcher dept. is our favorite in town. Meat is some of the best in town. The produce dept. is very good as well. What they may lack in variety they make up with quality.
I would have to say I prefer their deli dept over anyone in town as well. Quality and taste is far the best.

Very seldom are they lacking employees to take care of the customer. Their employees are always cheerful.
They seem to be the most community driven franchise market in town. The friendliness of the employees rub off on the customers and very seldom is there a less desirable experience.

The store is always very well stocked and clean very friendly staff

Very clean place to shop for groceries. Riding carts are always charged and push carts are wiped down and ready to go.

Cartersville Publix is better because it's in Cartersville. Lol. I may be a little biased 🤣😂 Great crew of workers who are helpful and just overall good people

Awesome meat department. Cut my steaks the thickness I needed. Also got some beautiful orchids.

I love this place. Employees are super nice and place is always clean. Bathrooms are clean as a hospital. Prices are reasonable and food in produce and meat / poultry is always great. Would be 5 stars but there can be a wait in the deli sometimes. Not the employees fault, though, for being understaffed. Love shopping here.

9.14.20 Deli continues to be awful. Products not restocked for purchase. Long lines. People walking around in back instead of helping customers. Piss poor. Sick of it. 1 Star.

1.29.21 Tried the deli again. Stood at the counter wanting to order three piece tenders meal. Waited 5 minutes with employees walking back and forth in front of me. Not one word was said in the way of "what can I get you ?" Plenty of work being done in the back as always, but customer service is awful. I have mentioned to staff, but nothing is ever done. May be going back to Ingles.

I don’t usually post reviews but Victoria and the bakery staff did a WONDERFUL job! Cake was beautiful and very very yummy! Victoria was very accommodating and creative! We will be using them again!

Cartersville Publix truly has always been such a pleasure to shop at. Amazing customer service and the best products. I especially want to recognize their bakery. Publix bakery is the only one we will go to now. We have bought A LOT of cake this year covering anniversaries, birthdays, baby showers, wedding showers, our own foster shower, and even several different themed dinners at church. Most recently was a custom request for my niece's 1st birthday. Jordan in the bakery was so helpful and friendly, it was such a pleasant experience. I showed pictures and explained what I wanted exactly and the toppers that we had purchased to use. They went above and beyond my expectations and the cake was a huge hit! Not only was it beautifully made, but absolutely delicious! We were also thrilled to learn that 1st birthday cakes also come with a free smash cake similarly decorated. To make the whole thing even more amazing they so kindly made an order of white frosted cupcakes when we came to pick the other cakes up. (This was after dropping other cupcakes at home and needing more immediately!) I absolutely recommend shopping here and going to their bakery for the best!

My go to Publix. Awesome store, great selection and always some of the friendliest employees.

This store is the GOLD STANDARD for all grocery stores. From well organized and stocked items to the outstanding customer service with great prices, you really can't go wrong. I've personally never come across a spoiled or expired product or even a cluttered isle. They always have a smile and even their own celebrity Boo who is very kind and helpful. If a store is struggling, this is the place to go to learn hands on how to run a business.

My personal favorite Publix, we was there past closing (not knowing that) and they were super friendly and never rushed us or acted upset. Will continue to buy the bulk of my groceries here.

I know opinions vary, but it's my favorite place to grab the groceries. It's smaller than a Kroger but with just as much fresh fruit and other items. I get my meds there as well, and they are always very easy to deal with.

They had a product we couldn't find at home. Everyone we had contact with were very nice.

Amazing service. I will be returning from now on. They had everything that I wanted. I even had assistance with getting my groceries loaded into the vehicle. That helped during the rain storm and the fact that I had one of my children with me. Amazing public service.

Had everything I needed! Even found the cranberry Sprite that no one else has in stock. 🥰
