Kroger Marketplace

I've gotten some good deals here on fresh seafood, chicken and cheese. Other than that, they have always been super friendly. People I have never met act like we're friends passing by and giving friendly greetings.

Want a whole foods type atmosphere right in your back door? Go to this Kroger. Always the freshest fruits, veggies, meats and bakery. A large variety of specialty cheeses and olives. Even have a mini bar. Highly recommend.

I pay extra for the Kroger boost and receive free pick up & delivery. I highly recommend this! Groceries are ready very quickly and they are always on top of it!

I love doing my pickup order online, and parking for pickup. The store is clean and the layout is somewhat confusing at first to find certain things. It's a big Kroger, so, plan some time. I'm sure if I shopped more inside the store, I would be more familiar with it. It's just easier to order on the Kroger App and go do a pickup. I have had it delivered before, too. They take all kinds of payment, and digit coupons, as well.

This Kroger is soo big. You could get lost in there. One of the nicest I've been to.

If this isn’t elite grocery shopping I don’t know what is! They serve beer and wine plus have a great deli to eat at. Seriously, it’s a date night for busy spouses. 😉😊

Great store, selection, good prices. Clean and well manned.

Best prices on cleaning supplies. Paper Towel and Tissue paper, they even beat out Dollar General. Always stocked on whwt ai come in for. ROBIN AT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT!

Most of the employees are super nice. Store is always clean. Just wish they would get the plastic buggies like other store. A lot of the buggies here and the kids buggies are broke or hard to push

My favourite Kroger. I've been to many of them. Has everything. Spacious. Cleanest. Nicest of them all.

I've never seen a Kroger this huge and with so much stuff it's about like Wal-Mart it's great I enjoyed mine my cousin Lara and my papas trip grocery shopping today at this store.

These 5stars are for rock star Jackson in the meat department..without comparing his customer service skills to one his coworkers, (I don’t know his name)..he could learn a thing or two from Jackson..he was pleasant and super helpful and didn’t sell me ice attached to my seafood, he removed it without me having to ask him to do so.. (last weeks coworker says he could not remove ice)…Those things help to make for a great shopping experience..thanks Jackson..

I had an EXCELLENT!!!, over-the-top customer service experience this afternoon. Unfortunately, I didn't ask the woman for her name. I was waiting in a long check-out line with a few items (I had cash, and didn't know that the self-check-out took cash; most markets self-check-outs don't). She took me to the self-check-out, and even scanned, and bagged my items for me! She was SO pleasant! She increased even more my already high opinion of Kroger. My encounter with this Kroger employee TOTALLY brightened my day. She truly went out of her way to be helpful to, and thoughtful of the customer.

This is one of my favorite Krogers. The seafood is better than pretty much everywhere in Cartersville. Whoever runs the meat department is doing a great job. I shop here at least once a week and usually spend a few 100 a week. Prices are reasonable. And I hate going to Walmart and Kroger is basically the only other place that you can just make one stop out of. They even have clothes. The only thing I'd want is some good sushi. I do go to Publix for the sushi if I don't want to sit down and eat sushi. Anyway thank you for all your hard work at this Kroger. I always recommend your meat and seafood department. Especially the Patagonia shrimp. Yum. And salmon.

Every time I come here early in the morning whenever the Hampton I work at needs something for breakfast, the employees are all diligently working and not only that but they are very helpful and kind. I think that says a lot for somebody who goes in and out in less than 10 minutes, and has such praise to offer about their customer service and etiquette. I love this place now if only they could make a map so I can find my way around now that I'm making more and more frequent trips lol

Must experience this place to understand what an awesome job Kroger has done with this location. I've never been a regular Kroger customer, until this location opened.

Visited the pharmacy, to pick up a prescription for my wife. Holly, the lady behind the counter, was phenomenal. She offered to ring up my other two items as well. I normally just make a second stop on my way out, but this friendly lady saved me some time. I knew there was a reason I've continued to shop at this store.

I had an amazing first experience with online pick up!!! I am a very busy person/stepmom/ employed person. I tend to forget the things I need as soon as I get to Kroger! But I've been adding things to my cart for the past week of things we need! I even loved how after I payed for my groceries they gave me an option to add more to my list! The substitutions we're great! Thank y'all for giving me an amazing experience! Will definitely be doing my shopping ONLINE from now on! Where normally id spend an hour in the store I didn't even have to get out of my car and only spent 3 mins tops!!! I recommend this for busy mom's!!!
