They were very busy as it was the day before Mother's Day. There were plenty of staff available to help checkout so I was in and out with an exchange in no time. Of course I saw a shirt from Ocean +Coast that I have searched for since buying one several years ago. They were priced at Buy One Get Two Free!!! Yes, I got 3 more of my favorite summer fishing shirts! Thank you Cartersville Belks!

Great store to shop. Presently having a fantastic clearance sale 80% Off. They have a wide selection of merchandise in every dept. This sale is so good you won't leave out empty handed. The store is clean and the associates are customer friendly.

Northstar lock and door here in Cartersville and when you own a business you kind of know when you see a business being ran correctly and these folks are definitely bringing their A game

I love Belk. It's not the old frumpy Belk from the 90s. The store has something for all ages and types.
I only wish that they didn't cut down on the number of cash registers & cashier's.

Great prices. WOW! VERY LOW. $15 for a polo and button up short sleeve each. Dress shirt for $25.

Wonderful store. Friendly staff. I only shopped at Estee Lauder, purses and shoes but everyone in those departments were wonderful.

The store manager went above and beyond to make my shopping experience easy. I had a problem and she immediately took care of it.
