Excellent customer service - Edward was wonderful and fast in meeting my needs! AT&T is certainly the way to go. Staff are always helpful and friendly! I appreciate Edward with service and my purchase today!

Christy was fantastic completed my phone transfer in minutes, friendly, professional explained all options. All done in 15 mins only waited 3 minutes to begin to attend to me. Very pleased .

Malik helped me get my phone transferred over to a newer model and walked me through everything. He asked great questions, was personable and helped me accomplish what I was there to do in a timely fashion as I was in a rush to get in and out.

Went to the AT&T store in cartersville after having service problems with a different company and wanting to see my options. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Alisha who was extremely friendly and didn’t have that typical salesperson demeanor where they try to push products down your throat. She took the time to find out exactly what I wanted, when I returned the following day she again greeted me remembering me and the exact situation. She got me setup changing from T-Mobile to AT&T and had me out in under 20 minutes. She then went out of her way to look for additional discounts for me gaining me a $10 monthly discount through my employer that I didn’t know existed. Throughout both of my visits to the store she was extremely friendly and helpful, I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend visiting this store.

So I normally got to Acworth due to bad experience in the past. Today I had to go in the get help and to my suprise the manager from Acworth is now here. This is now my home store again. Thank you! If you had bad service before you will never again because of her!!

Malik was fantastic! He was kind and patient as I am elderly. He explained everything in a way that was easy for me to follow. He also has a great smile.

Sandi was awesome. She was new and would get help if she wasn't sure about something. That only happened like twice though. She was very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. Very excited for our new phones!

Also, Malik helped us the visit prior and was super helpful too!

Had to go to the store to obtain a new SIM card for my hot spot. the customer service rep was extremely helpful and even help update my account.

Danielle was so helpful and attentive. My phone was taking a while to update and the store was getting busy, but she still found time to make sure I was taken care of. I don’t see that type of work ethic and loyalty to customers hardly anywhere I go anymore. Very happy with my experience

Sales rep Justin was super helpful and informative. We were able to get discounts with his help was on point .. I recommend him and this location. (He was also training a new team member and was very patient with her) great job Justin.

Cashier: Juliet T did a phenomenal job. I was in a hurry on my birthday when I came in. I came in, she took care of my phone needs right away and was even able to point me in the direction of the new phone case I’m currently using on my phone. She did a great job. She was very friendly and knowledgeable on servicing my phone. She deserves more than a 5 star review.

I walked in and was greeted right away by a sweet young lady. Once we were started her very nice manager walked by and also helped me out. Needless to say I walked out with a new phone for my daughter and she’s over the moon! Thank you again for all your help!

Julie was great! She took her time explaining everything and got me all set up. A couple of other employees assisted her to help with transferring service, setting up cable and internet.

I have been having issues with my phone showing multiple viruses. I took it to the Calhoun store, there were 3 employees there with no customers, but no one had any ideas what to do, basically gave me no hope for my phone at all. The virus warnings increased and I feared the phone was about to just shut down.
I decided to try taking it to the Cartersville AT&T store, where I met with Marcus Allen. In a matter of minutes, he had my phone clean and performing as it should. And explained what I should avoid to keep it from happening the future. Marcus was super professional and knowledgeable in his trade. I cannot say enough positive things about this young man. I was so sure I was going to be losing all my valuable pictures or have to do a factory reset. He made my day!

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!! Braadley, Sandi, & Julie! I was having issues setting up my high-speed internet and was having issues and getting nowhere. I spent more than hours with technical support and was getting frustrated and it was going nowhere. I stopped by my local ATT&T store in Cartersville and all three representatives pitched in for 2 hours and resolved my issues. I highly recommend the three of them and really appreciate all the help and assistance today. They are the best and provided SUPERIOR customer service today. Thanks again Team for helping correct the problem.
