I have had the pleasure of going here multiple times for my dog meatball, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish every time. The staff at the clinic were incredibly warm and welcoming, making both me and my pet feel comfortable right away. Also the veterinarians demonstrated a high level of expertise and compassion towards my pet. They took the time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis and treatment options, ensuring that I was fully informed every step of the way. Their dedication to providing the best possible care for animals was truly evident. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service provided by the animal clinic. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of veterinary care for their beloved furry friends. Dr Taylor is the kindness person and always makes sure my answers are answered before I leave. He is so knowledgeable about animals big, small and exotic. He makes and deciphers issues from his long experience and exposure to many diagnoses without costly intervention. His empathy for animals is unmatched. My vet tech Leah knows all my animals by name, she remembers even the ones that have long past. She greets all clients the same with a smile and kind knowledge The animals love her. I especially enjoyed the specialized attention to detail as she checks my pets needs and always escorts all clients out and assists them getting them to their vehicle if needed, never rushing even when I know she’s always busy. I hope this service oriented approach stays as this is why I stay with the practice.

Going to see Dr. Chet is like going to see my family. I had a great experience the technicians as well. My dog has to go in for frequent glucose test and they always treat him well. Even though he is getting treated, he never hesitates to go with the girls.

Very caring, very professional staff. Our visit was an appointment which was made earlier that morning. We were very well looked after, and the examination was thorough, gentle and not at all rushed. The Vet (Dr. Ball) and the Vet Tech (Samantha) were really attentive and answered my many questions about pet care and practices. They also showed a genuine interest in our pet, making sure he was as comfortable as possible during the examination, which was his first ever trip to a veterinarian. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking high quality care for their pet.

My family has used the services of Dade City Animal Clinic since I was a boy on the farm and Dr. Smalley ran the show. Dr. Taylor took over and nothing has changed. Same quality service and no nonsense treatment of every animal I have ever had in my family and always will be.

I have always taken my Dog's to Dade City Animal Clinic Great Customer Service and the Staff is as concerned about your Animal as you are. On this occasion my Dog had stopped urinating and he had a blockage he was in pain and not Happy lucky for me Lindsey understood how my 64lbs Pitbull was doing he got aggressive and he is a people lover Lindsey put a muzzle on him and they left for treatment. Lindsey immediately in a caring way took control of the situation his kidneys had shut down because of a prostate infection that is rare in Dog's he got fluids antibiotics and his kidneys started functioning again which Was Doctor Halls Biggest concern....Follow continued the Dog is happy and infection free... Lindsey and Dr. Hall followed up on my Dog and they showed great concern and compassion. I am grateful for The great Staff at Dade City Animal Hospital

We had to take my dog to the emergency vet and they wanted like $2000 to just do x-rays and then another 5 to 10,000 for surgery. They thought she needed. The next day we took our dog to Dade City Animal clinic and seen a doctor Gray he was awesome Turns out my dog had pancreatitis and just needed some antibiotics and stuff. She came around in a day. Now three or four days later, she’s almost normal. So thankful to have another great doctor other than Dr. Chet because he is always so busy and the only one we ever trusted now it looks like we have Great doctors in town.

I would not take my dog anywhere else. Blue is so happy when he goes to doggy daycare, and I am at peace, leaving him there, knowing he is very well taken care of. When taking him in for his annual shots and everything, it is a very smooth transition, Dr. Hart and Dr. Taylor both are very kind and gentle and blue loves them both !!

I rarely write reviews but feel the need to post how happy we are with the care we get at Dade City Animal Clinic for our two Shitzu’s (Molly and Mika). We have been going for 10+ years. Recent visit for Molly with problems with eyes and fearing the worst. Dr Taylor came up with a plan and a week later all cleared. A huge thank you to Dr. Taylor and assistant Leah for wonderful care that day. A shout out to Dr Hart and entire staff. And for all the walk-in service. The wait has always been worth waiting for. Other vets don’t offer this so we greatly appreciate this service.

These people are amazing we were worried to death over our 10 year old purebred good boy(mutt) blaze he wasn’t right and had not eaten in two days wasn’t moving a lot we tried to go to 3 different vets before we found them and they took him in made him and my wife very comfortable was honest and didn’t try to do a bunch of extra stuff to run the bill up the gave him some medicine and pricing was very fair he was starting to act better when my wife got home they are far away from us but 100 percent worth the drive thank you guys sincerely for taking care of my best friend and making my wife comfortable with y’all

Was not able to make an appointment as a new client in a short time, but they are open on Saturday for first come first served. I went early and was able to get in and get my cat cared for with his shots. They love animals and it shows. I'm now a client having gone in that day. Thank you Dade City Animal Clinic. My cat is doing well.

Wonderful experience. I was a walk-in, which I knew going into because I had called, so I waited a little bit, but they were able to see my dog Tango and get him treated for an ear infection. Their prices were fairly reasonable and everyone from start to finish was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back, if I am in the area again, but I am from Michigan

We have been with Dade City Animal Clinic for many years. All our pets have been treated here. They are compassionate, informative and gentle. Sure I have to wait awhile, if it's not an emergency. But it's worth it. They truly care about your pet.

I had the most wonderful experience today at the vet clinic. They took my dog as an emergency even though I wasn't before, I will be forever now. They treat everyone professionally with the right amount of caring and compassion and a smile on their faces. Dr Taylor as absolutely fantastic with my dog. I highly recommend this vet hospital.

Took my beagle there today for an emergency visit. Everyone was so kind. The facility is very nice! All worked out well. We are Snowbirds, but this will be our permanent Veterinary Clinic while in Florida!

Great staff! Location was great and I was in and out at a reasonable time. They loved our little Homer the Duck. He had his very first check up. I suspect everyone had a rough morning as all vets and staff have taking care of our beloved animals. Homer was happy to bring a little smile to everyone’s face that came in that morning to visit and say hello. Everyone was great. Thank you. I’ll see you guys for his next check up!
