Ace Hardware of Dade City

This Ace Hardware is the best in class for customer service, product knowledge, friendliness, all the wonderful things they do to help the customer should be recognized by everyone. I worked with Tina the Manager on a difficult situation and she jumped right in and helped me thru the process and it turned out wonderful. Please stop by this Ace Hardware and shop with them, just a terrific group of people from the register to the delivery to the overall experience was just fabulous.

Walked in needing a few things, they were on the ball , extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, it didn't take them 3 minutes to get everything I needed, thank you guys for being the best hardware store around!

Nice addition to Dade City. I will not have to drive to Zephyrhills to pick up basic home maintenance supplies any longer. This store has a good selection of power tools. They also sell Craftsman lawn mowers and pressure washers. Store was well-stocked for being open for such a short period of time. Tina greeted me and offered to help me find anything I may need. I'll be back for sure.

As always overpriced but they got the hard to find stuff.......all except lefthand drill bits

Wonderful folks, in line with the ace tradition. It is a smaller store, so they don't always have what you need. They do have an impressive selection for their size and they are willing to order anyting into the store that you need.

Super super helpful. Needed a key for my motorcycle they did not give up. They went old school and cut the key manually and it work great. Who needs a computer

Best and most complete hardware store around. Good selection of nuts, bolts, screws, washers. I needed small wood screws. Very short to reassemble an antique clock. They have them.

Great store and convenient to home. Why travel when you can find most items you need right here.

Friendly! Helpful! Great customer service! We do all our paint and other things we need here. Sure beats the big box stores where if you need help you are made to feel you're bothering the employee.

Staff is always helpful. I would rather go to ace than Lowes, and at least I can get assistance and get taken right to what I need. Way more time helpful

I have been buying at Ace for 17 years and this is the first time that I was given a Veteran's discount. If this is a valid discount ACE should advertise it specially if the Veteran is wearing a Veteran's war cap. Ask for ID if needed but the cashier should offer.

My husband and I went here for the first time and we were so thrilled with how much help we received right when we walked in. Didn't have to look for anything - the employees were extremely knowledgeable and directed us to the items we were looking for. The store was also really clean and organized which is always appreciated.

I love our Dade City ACE store. Very helpful associates. They go out of their way to educate and assist you for what you are looking for.Very friendly.
