I have been living at my current place for 6 1/2 years February will make 7 years with Pristine Bay Realty. Gus and Agnes are very professional and very responsive. I have never had an issue with them. When it comes to repairs Gus makes sure to send someone out immediately. We had our bathroom remolded and it’s beautiful. Our rent hasn’t changed since we have been with them, it is very affordable and reasonable. They’re very consistent and definitely willing to help if you ever get in a bind. If you’re looking for great landlords and a great company to rent from they’re the best that I have ever met. They have 2 duplexes in my area, so that includes 4 apartments. All of us have been there for years so that tells you a lot about the company. They’re not having people move in and out, and their is no drama. Pristine are providing property management services for three investment properties I have in Florida as an out of state investor. They have been doing so for about six months now and I cannot express enough how happy I am with their service. Every property manager will tell you they treat their customer’s properties as if they were their own. In my experience, Pristine is the only one who have actually lived up to this claim. Over the past six months I have seen them handle my properties with a degree of professionalism I would provide myself. Until finding and hiring Pristine I had some very bad experiences with multiple property managers. So, finding and working with them has been a godsend. I have been living in my apartment for a number of years and since Pristine Bay Realty has taken over as property managers, the service has changed tremendously for the better. I receive quick response times for repair needs. The management staff is easy to work with and they are upgrading the property so it is looking really nice here. But more importantly, I feel safe and secure. The office staff has great customer service and they always try to meet the tenants needs.

They are very responsive, courteous and responsible when there is repair work needed and know I am getting my money's worth. At the end of the year, they sent an annual report which made it easy to take care of my personal taxes. Considering all this, they are also very cost competitive. Overall, strongly recommended.

I have been a tenant for 2 1/2 years at one of their rentals in Pinellas Park, Fl. They have gone above, and beyond since the day we signed our lease! Always very quick to return calls, Gus is the best, and the entire maintenance team is always on point at repairs. As of October 2019 a new management company took over the location in Palm Harbor. It was prayers answered for all the residents here. Immediately they assessed the issues, listened to the concerns, put in a plan of action. Pristine Bay treat you like family, the best parts of family. We have been in our place for over 2 years now and have had nothing but great dealings with Gus and Agnes. We have had a few things go out but Gus was there most of the time the same day and everything was fixed.
Wonderful to deal with, professional, very responsive and all in all great people! They have allowed me to do things with the house that most landlords would not let you do. We will be here as long as they will allow us to be, best landlord I have ever have!

Pristine Bay Realty has always been a true pleasure to work with. I have been with them for a few years now and they are far better than other property managers I have dealt with in the past. Pristine Bay will go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. When I go into the office, Marianna treats me with respect and is always friendly and responsive. If I have an issue, Pristine Bay has always been there for me.

Let me start off by saying that we have lived in this complex for almost 11 years. The property manager has changed several times over the years. We have never been impressed. It took forever to get even simple repairs done, the property was not well kept and in emergency cases (like no AC in summer/ non working toilets) took way longer than they should have, sometimes we would have to wait a full day to get a call back.

We got a new management company at the end of 2019. The difference is incredible! Just as an example, our air conditioner wasn't working and I called the owner Gus at 7:17pm on a Monday and he and a helper were here in less than 10 minutes and it was fixed within 15 minutes! The owner personally gives out and answers his cell phone for any tenant needs. The maintenance crew is top notch as well.

We are so over the top impressed with the management and maintenance! The property looks cared for and they completely resurfaced the pool deck and bought all new lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. There is also a BBQ that can be used by anyone at the pool as well. We have never felt so respected and cared for as tenants as we have since Pristine Bay took over. When Covid hit hard and there was no toilet paper to be had the owner bought extra to give to us tenants if needed. Who does that?? I highly recommend joining our community!

AmPol Construction, Inc just recently finished updating whole Maximo complex in St Pete with new impact windows, doors and sliders. I was working directly with Gus who is a truly professional and knowledgable person. He always responding promptly to all needs during construction process. Agnes is also a professional property manager. She notified tenants as we go with process, so there were no delays. Excellent. Finally, Marianna at the office handled all invoices and they were paid in no time. We also did few projects in Crystal Cove Village, Palm Harbor. Sylvia at the office was very helpful accommodating us and notifying tenants ahead. Pristine Bay is so far best property management company I ever worked with. Thank you for being here for us.
