We love ❤ this place. definitely one of our favorite Italian restaurants in the whole area. The food is always delicious and on point. The presentation is beautiful. They always have such great menu selections. The drinks are amazing and the desserts. The atmosphere is beautiful and the service is phenomenal. All of the weight staff and the busters give outstanding service. The owners of this place definitely know what they’re doing on running a business. it is truly a hidden gem. If you haven’t been here, you need to go and see for yourself they take reservations too. We just ate here on Valentine’s Day and eat here at least twice a month.

Found this online and decided to give it a try while we were visiting. Wanted a decent spot for Easter with my family, and this was perfect. They accept reservations via telephone during business hours. The hostess had our table set up upon arrival, and she was very kind and welcoming. Our server Melissa was quite knowledgeable and attentive, with a great sense of humor. The food was fresh and absolutely amazing! Great portions and prices. The owner was present and speaking with patrons, which was nice to see. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

This place is amazing!! The service is incredible. Our waiter was so attentive and fun. The food was fantastic. The caramelle pasta was perfect and the cream sauce was so light. The pesto pasta had a great flavor and had a ton of vegetables. The ciabiatta bread and dipping sauces were s great start.

AMAZING food!!! AMAZING service!!! We ordered just about half the menu and everything was amazing!!! I wish I could give this restaurant 10 stars!!! Our waitress Dee was a delight, and made managing all of our food a lot easier!! My favorite was the Charcuterie board and the escargot!!!

A tad loud, but probably pretty normal for a Saturday evening. All of us enjoyed our meals. Maykenna was great. It’s hard to remember most of the specials so it was convenient to have a list. Menus were nice cause they only had one page. My suggestion would be to remove some menu items and make larger print. Take home containers were great cause they were see through and they are microwaveable. Plus they can be recycled too. Thank you.

Gorgeous little place to get some delicious eats! Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed sitting outside. The Greek nachos are amazing. Big portions, so bring a big appetite... or be prepared to share. Lots of delicious choices on the menu.

This is a great place. Tucked just off of Tarpon Ave., our meal was excellent from start to finish. They have a varied menu with something for everyone and many vegetarian friendly dishes. The appetizer list is insane - we had the Greek cigars and fought over the last one. Beautiful old restored place and our service was perfect. We will be back.

I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed dining at The Bistro. We liked it so much, we ate there the next night as well. The food was excellent, the service was warm and friendly and the atmosphere was just fun! Loved everything about it.

My husband and I come to the bistro weekly and are never disappointed!! Melissa and Kara are so friendly and make us feel like we are having Sunday dinner with our family. The garlic cream sauce and chicken demi are two of our favorites. Goat cheese fondue is amazing.

Excellent food here at the Bistro. This is a happening local Tarpon Springs restaurant, where you always find good food and drinks! We always get great service from the waiters and bartenders here, they are super friendly and fast! Fun night with a beautiful atmosphere, sometimes Music and seating inside or out. This is our go to restaurant for a date night or meeting family or friends, Always a good time!

Fine dining at a reasonable price in my opinion. The food quality is excellent. It’s a bit snug but I think it adds to its charm. Very nice staff and ownership is monitoring the kitchen and dining area which is always a plus.
Mussels and Chicken Parm are my go to here

If you want great gourmet style food... this is it! Prepared to order. Nice staff who are very attentive. The BIGGEST issue is its LOUD! Building not built for sound dampening. A "spirited" table can echo through the entire place and ruin the experience. We try to go early to avoid the party animals who eat, drink, and GET LOUD....they forget that there are 100 other guests trying to enjoy a fine meal paying $50 a plate.

Nonetheless, I am a big fan of this place. It's worth checking out if you are in the area.

Melissa, is a great server. The food was amazing fresh extremely good! From start to finish we had an awesome experience. The manager visited our table to see how everything was, we told her it was superb!

I don't know how I've lived in Tarpon and not stopped here. The drinks, martinis and cocktails, were perfect (thanks Larz). We ordered the meatballs in fig sauce and the goat cheese fondue. Both were truly fantastic. And the service was outstanding.

I enjoy going to the bistro soooo much. The food is like no other. The pasta is amazing, and what I love most is that my son is allergic to cheese and this is the only place I know I can take him and he will enjoy pizza with his friends because they are made to your liking. Working here also has its perks as our managers are amazing, and I really recommend the Pomegranate Martin! 😉

This is the ONLY destination restaurant that stands out in Tarpon Springs. Each dish is cultivated by their master chef and his crew of culinary protégés….service is always spot on with the owners meticulously overseeing details to make your experience perfect.

I see many reviews that mention the noise level….however it’s a bustling, happy hum of people enjoying themselves. The owners have gone through much work to dampen the sounds as much as possible in the building that is well over 100 years old and it’s simply part of your experience.

They also have several new delicious vegan and vegetarian options as well.

First off all everyone at this place was very nice. We thought our reservation were one night but instead were made by friend for two weeks later. We accidentally took someone elses reservation.. We relized our mistake and told the staff. They just said, ok we wanted to check that we didnt make the mistake, but are you still still staying. We said sure, I ordered the salmon and my wife ordered a pasta dish. They were both excellent. The atmosphere was calm and not terribly loud. They have a bar as well if thats your thing. The price was reasonable for the meals. I would definitely go here again.... In fact we are with our real reservations..

An amazingly good experience! Was there for Valentine's Day dinner, and it was the best holiday type meal experience I can remember. When we arrived a few minutes early the young woman working checkin, who could not have been nicer, said our table would be ready in a few minutes, but she could sit us at a high top table right then if we wanted. I love high top tables, so off to a great start. First thing I noticed is that they had a huge staff working that night and they all seemed to be in a great mood. Our waiter, Lars (sp?), who was awesome, was at our table immediately with waters, love not having to ask for that, and menus. He dropped by a few minutes later for our drink orders, and dropped by just the right amount of times throughout the night. The menu was more limited than their regular menu, which makes sense with the huge crowd they were trying to please, but what I really appreciated was that the pricing was about the same as normal and you could still pick how many courses you wanted. Had the exact opposite experience at another Tarpon restaurant last year. Now, on to the best part, the food. My wife had the gnocchi with shrimp. She said it was incredible and she could tell from the first taste that it was homemade. I had the same experience with the lasagna. The pasta had to be made there, as it seemed to melt in my mouth. Definitely the best lasagna I have had in the area. My wife loved her caesar salad and my Louisiana crab cake appetizer was delicious. The owner of the restaurant dropped by the table, and was very gracious in deflecting the quality of the evening onto his staff. So, as I mentioned to my wife, that night the Bistro moved up to the top of my list of where we will be taking our friends and children when they visit, which is often.

We regularly visit The Bistro as the atmosphere is wonderful inside and out, the staff is friendly and eager to serve, the food is excellent and the owners are hands on and truly grateful for their patrons! We are always greeted by name and seated in our favorite spot. Melissa is our favorite server and Scotty is always great as well! Highly recommend to all our friends!

The food is PHENOMENAL! April was our server tonight and DAM was she on it! Anna, the owner, sat and talked with us. Both ladies were such a pleasure, the food will blow your mind, it’s a must try! Not to mention the house made pasta…. YUM!!
