Tarpon Shell Shack

I have always loved the sponge docks. I went into shell shack looking for souvenirs to take home. The lady (Suzanne) that helped me was extremely helpful and funny. Great experience. Will definitely be back and looking forward to her helping me have a good experience again.

Best customer service!

I went here last month while visiting a friend, and when I checked out 2 sponges managed to get left behind. My friend who lives there went back a few weeks afterwards and they remembered her and gave her the sponges that had been forgotten! Cashier was incredibly friendly and fun, staff was really helpful and over all just a great vibe in the store. will definitely come back again (hopefully soon)!

I'd like to talk about a woman we met her name we think is Suzanne, she was very helpful as well as being knowledgeable about the area, she made us feel as though we'd know her forever. We'll becoming back again. I invite people to come meet her, she alone will make your day.

When I'm in town I always come to the strip to shop, but this time around entering the store the soaps caught my attention then the super customer service from Carol closed the deal. I liked her saying on "presentation is everything" as she proceeded to wrap every single gift I bought so nicely🥰...I came back the next day to shop some more..had to get more of those coral necklaces❣

I love to visit and walk the beautiful small town of Tarpon Springs.
So before heading North I had to make one more visit.

My favorite store is TARPON SHELL SHACK .
I was so thankful SUZZANN was again there to help me with my sponge selections. She was so knowledgeable and helpful the last time I visited.

Their clothing, gifts, and home décor are always plentiful and fun.

MAKE SURE to stop at this store when in beautiful Tarpon Springs – and ask for Suzzann - you wont be sorry !

I loved this shop. The woman who helped us was so knowledgeable. I didn't catch her name, but I did catch that she is from New York. She made me want to give this shop my business. She took the time to explain the sponges to us and how to clean them. She went out of her way to explain each sponge and the best use of each. I will visit this shop again when we make our yearly trip from Texas!

Really nice people and a great gift shop

I can’t say enough about this store and how wonderful the team inside is. Maureen the owner is a delight and she is just an angel. Lin who works there is also so wonderful and worked with us. My husband and I were looking for gifts for our family members to take with us abroad and wanted a big amount of them. Maureen worked with us so much and really truly went out of her way to make calls to warehouses and stay in touch with me by phone. Lin was so sweet too, the minute my husband and I explained what we wanted, she acted quickly and was such a great help. Even after Maureen and Lin got us what we needed, they went the extra mile of going through every piece to ensure they are in great condition. I just can’t say enough about them. It makes me happy to see that there are still people with this dedication and love towards what they do. Thank you guys. We are forever grateful.

Got to love these little gift shops around here in this little town that's how they make their living and everyone he is very pleasant and each one has a little something different. Whenever we are in the area we always make sure that we stopped by and check out the shops yes the whole place is service dog friendly
