Very nice and professional inside and the staff was nice!!

Friendly staff. Store was clean.

First time shopper. Staff was friendly and they were very busy. I got a waffle cone with red velvet and coffee with a few mix ins. I only had 2 issues. One was the screens showing the prices changed too quickly between menu options for me to figure out what the actual prices were, sadly my vision is not the best and I did not see any paper menus or other menu options. Second was the sink where they keep the mix in tools was not running and the water was super cloudy and that cloudy water got mixed into my order. Obviously I still ate it lol, but it irked me that the sink was not on to flush those tools properly. Edit: Also I saw online there's a slab happy reward program? There was no mention of that when I checked out :(

Lots of ice cream flavors that you can mix in things like nuts, fruit, and candy. Cool, fun atmosphere. Only three stars because of the poor/rude customer service. The servers were occupied with each other and their cell phones to answer our questions. This could be a great place if it had better service.

Need to work on service skills!!

The girls working were very nice… but whats with being out of literally EVERY flavor?? (Especially chocolate)

Y'all need to do something about those MULTIPLE WASP NESTS on the outside porch!

Prices are super steep for pretty sub par ice cream. I got the strawberry milkshake with no mix-ins and the flavor was so artificial tasting. One of the worst milkshakes I’ve had. And definitely not worth the $6.
Not to mention the fee they put in the consumer of 3.99% on any debit or credit charges. We also got the cinnamon bun flavored and that was pretty good. But definitely not worth then $31.50 we spent on 2 kids cups, 1 small milkshake, and small cup of ice cream.

Cute place and smelled amazing. Started out excited but then it led to immediate disappointment. They had 4 flavors because they were out of MILK until NEXT WEEK! My eldest daughter and I opted out but I got my younger daughter a regular two scoops in a cup….it may as well been a baby serving! It was literally two tablespoon sized scoops. It’s not worth the money. It was a waste of my time! (See pic…)

Never open when their hours say they will be. They were out of milk for weeks. I just want ice cream

Do NOT have the milk to make ice cream. The lady said this was for all stores!!! UNBELIEVABLE! This world has gone down the slippery slope!

Definitely not worth the money. Complete garbage. Our milkshakes tasted like they were made with sour milk and were discussing. Overall disappointed and big waste of money. Suggest going to any other place to get a milk shake.

Had zero ice cream available. Why are you even open?

Customer service was great until I saw one of the female employees literally licking her fingers after scoping the ice cream she didn’t have any gloves on, she would repeatedly lick her finger and touch the cookies and waffle cones. I was very disgusted, none of her fellow co workers told her to put on gloves.
