Chili's Grill & Bar

Our server was amazing. She really added to the environment and the overall dining experience. Food is good. Love me some chili’s. I will admit I have a bit more biased toward home cooked food but that’s not their fault. The chefs did a good job with what they are told to cook.

Hadn't been to Chili's for over a year. I was pleasantly surprised with the menu choices. The chips were thin and crispy, potato soup was thick and flavorful. I had the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and was not able to finish it. It was delicious mix of flavors and chocked full of chicken. Our waiter was on point and left nothing for want. Very pleasant experience.

The food was good but the service was exceptional. Our waitress Cassie was on top of our drinks. She was informative about our lunch options and had an answer for everything. She is the best waitress we have experienced in a while. It's hard to find that with this generation

Been eating at Chili's in Cartersville now for years always have good experiences overall. Only thing I did not like on my last visit when we ordered chips with three different kinds of dips the cheese dip come out half full and when I mentioned it to the waitress she got borderline rude about it. But then again everyone has a bad day so I won't hold it against them

I ordered some awesome blossoms and they came out a little different than usual. The manager explained that they ran out of their usual ones, so they had to improvise and make them fresh and hand battered. Great idea, but I wasn’t the biggest fan of the different taste so the manager quickly offered to get me a new side. I asked for fries and within two minutes, they delivered three baskets of FRESH HOT fries. I’m very happy with the service I received 😃

Lunch for 4 of us was very good. My fall off the bone ribs were great as were the fries. The new cheesesteak was large, messy and thoroughly enjoyed. Good friendly service.

Came out about 4 months ago and it was HORRIBLE the entire restaurant was dirty and nasty and waitress was rude. Decided to give it another try for girls night a few days ago and I was VERY thoroughly impressed with how well it's improved in such a short amount of time! Waiter was EXCELLENT and was there to ask if we needed anything before we even thought about needing it! Food was good and place was spotless! Will definitely be back again! I wish I could remember the waiters name he was tall with light curly hair. He deserves a raise!

My fiance and myself ate there today. Hot, fresh and tasted great! Highly recommend!

We stopped in while on a road trip a bit after lunch. No one ever greeted us, after about 5 minutes of standing in the lobby, we decided to try the bar. Service here was fast and friendly. Food overall was delicious and offered at a great price. Definitely worth a try!

This place is outstanding. The 3 for Me deal is better than anybody else's out there, and will keep us coming back for a long time. The drinks & food come out in record time, everything is always hot & fresh. We've even started eating at Chili's when we travel since it's a better value for your $$$ and actually faster. The Cartersville Chili's does it right, great food, great value, attentive staff, in & out fast keeps the profits flowing!

Becca and Melissa are the absolute best. The manager, Ryan, is also super friendly. My husband lost his phone here months ago and he & one of the other managers were on hands and knees under booths to find it- we found it. I have never had a bad experience here and I’ve eaten here probably over 30 times.

Our service was great. Our server Asia was superbly pleasant and friendly. Love the food. Salsa was too hot again but oh well.

It's been a while since I've had Chili's. This trip did not disappoint. I ordered the Chili's Philly, and it was mouthwatering delicious! Traveling from Orlando, FL, back north to home, and this was one of the better meals we had during the trip down, back and everything in between.

Update: We went today & everything was still great! Not sure of our waitress name today but she was very personable.

I used the app to be put on the waiting list. Our table was ready when we arrived. We had Maddie for our waitress. She was very friendly, & attentive. Everyone was working together nicely. It was a great dining experience.
