South OMS - Fayetteville

Dr. Vincent and his team were great and very accommodating. Everyone told me to expect a lot of pain and have plenty of time to recover. This thankfully was not the case. I was able to drive myself to and from the appoint and a week out I have yet to feel any pain. It was an incredible experience from start to finish and I would highly suggest Dr. Vincent for anyone in need of a wisdom tooth extraction.

I had an emergency (broken tooth) which caused pain. After reading the reviews, I decided to call for an appointment (prepared for at least a month out). To my surprise my appointment was scheduled for the following day. I am afraid of the dentist...beyond terrified! The front desk staff was very nice and greeted me as soon as I walked inside. Jose was extremely nice. He took my xrays, kept me informed with the "what's next" and made sure I was comfortable throught my entire visit. Saving the best for last...Dr. Jennifer D. Keyser is the BEST! OMG... superb bedside manners, very kind and calming. She explained the cause of my pain and how to fix it... even made sure I was pain free before leaving her office. I will be back for another extraction on a tooth/crown that failed over the years. If you need oral surgery of any kind, stop waiting and call Dr. Keyser and staff!

I had a consultation with Dr. Jennifer Keyser on Tuesday. I have severe dental phobia and she was so very understanding, compassionate and patient with me. I have set another appointment with her to have a tooth extracted and even though I’m still very nervous, she assured me and made me feel confident that everything will be ok. It relieves me knowing that they offer oral sedation so I don’t have to walk in the office feeling like I am going to have a full blown panic attack. I would absolutely refer her to anyone for their dental needs. Especially those that are like me and have dental phobia. Very nice atmosphere and staff is very nice as well!

This group has their act together. The contact person I have delt with is Jodie. She has always coordinated my appointments, set up my procedures and updated me during the process . She is very efficient and professional! The dentist I have used is Jennifer Keyser. She explains everything she is doing while working on my mouth. She is gentle, and always strives to keep me as comfortable as possible. The staff at South OMS (Fayetteville and Peachtree City) are a credit to their profession!

Had a minor tooth emergency on Thursday afternoon.
Called OMS FTVL, they went above and beyond to squeeze us in, Friday morning.
Staff is professional and compassionate.

I have used South OMS to extract two teeth over the past few years. The most recent being in January, 2024. The doctor, Natalie Smith, was very caring in her coordination with my cardiologist and in her analysis of the work that needed to be done. The procedure went as well as could be expected. I experienced no major post extraction pain. I do not look forward to having any additional teeth extracted, but, should it be necessary, I will use South OMS.

I scheduled a consultation to have four wisdom teeth removed. From the moment I walked into the door customer service was top notch, the doctor was very thorough in explaining what the procedure entails. I was so happy with the customer service I scheduled my wisdom teeth removal for February 19th.

I have had two extractions and an implant with Dr. Keyser. She is, in my opinion, an amazing combination of knowledge, talent and integrity wrapped in a caring attitude. The medical and administrative support staff members reflect the same dedication to patient care, comfort and attention to detail. I would, and in fact already have, referred a number of friends and coworkers to this practice.

Met with Dr. Keyser today for a consultation for a tooth extraction. I was very impressed and relieved with her thoroughness in explaining my procedure….which will be tomorrow.

I had my extraction done by Dr.Keyser. She had given me a prescription to take before my procedure since I’m a very nervous dental patient. It worked great. The extraction went smoothly and I was given instructions for daily care. I have been following those and have had no problems.

Dr. Keyser and her team extend great care and compassion with the procedures they perform. Although, I was scared of the procedure, she took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and the healing process. Her level of professionalism and compassion, provided great comfort for me. Dr Keyser is great. Takes time to explain what is going on, your options for treatment; and answers all your questions. Office staff at both Peachtree Citt and Fayetteville locations are very friendly and efficient. While I hope I won’t need future oral surgery, if I do, I’d gladly go back to South OMS.

Dr Smith was so thorough and professional. Also very friendly and approachable. She answered most questions before we asked. And took her time addressing our concerns.

Great staff! The nurse who did the prep before my surgery was very sweet and comforting! I was quite terrified as it was my first surgery, but after talking to her for a few minutes, I felt completely calm and prepared. The surgeon was also very kind and explained the whole process leading up to the anesthesia administration for me so I could prepare myself. They gave me the perfect amount of anesthesia so that I was completely unconscious for the entire surgery but not super disoriented and delirious when I woke up :) So far the recovery process has been phenomenal!

Dr. Keyser did a fantastic job on my tooth extraction. She informed me from beginning to end as to what she was doing and what I was going to feel and hear. The procedure was quick and without pain.
Natalie Dr. Keyser's assistant was wonderful and was very reassuring and informative of what to expect in my recovery. I would certainly recommend this practice to anyone needing Dental Surgery.

Dr! Keyser and her staff were amazing! She performed difficult extraction of my two wisdom teeth which were close to my nerves and at my 52 yrs old age it makes it more difficult and also had to do a bone graft too. I was told the surgery was one of her 10 most difficult surgeries she had done and kuddos to her and her staff as the recovery has been amazing and barely any pain and so far I’ve had no problems. I would recommend her and her team in a heart beat! Thank you Dr Keyser and staff! 🤗
