The staff is very skilled & each time I've stopped in, they answer my questions & resolve my concerns right away. Skilled customer service is very important to me.

What a GREAT EXPERIENCE! Mike was awesome, but the entire store was friendly with everyone trying to help me and my son. After going to other stores in the area, they were the only spot who had a battery to fit my hybrid, and I am for every grateful 🙏 plus it was cheaper.

This is my first go-to on the auto parts store list. Every $20 you spend they give you a point. 5 points get you $20 to spend in the store. Such an amazing customer service experience, today (5/21/23). I walked in, and the entire staff greeted me. It was my first time at the Fayetteville location, and I felt so welcomed!! Helped me with my brake light bulb issue, quickly!! This store deserves recognition and reward!

NATE was a very courteous associate. His knowledge about my specific issue gave me great relief. He was able to quickly help me resolve my issue and I’m very grateful that I received such awesome service at this Autozone. Highly recommend!

My car battery died when I was an hour away from home. Friendly samaritan gave me a boost off. I went right to AutoZone and they did a battery check. I had a bad battery. They replaced it for me in less than 20 minutes. I'm very grateful for their promptness.

I went into the store for a fairly minor purchase: a lightbulb for my front headlight. Marjorie waited on me and was so amazing! She was professional, friendly and so knowledgeable. I asked if there might be someone who could put it on for me, and she didn't hesitate. It was so cold and windy that day and it took a few minutes to unscrew the old one. She kept her cheerful attitude and never complained. She is definitely an asset to this business and I will be back, for sure! Thanks Marjorie!

After dealing with my brake lights going out and melting the bulb housing every 3 months the manager Matt showed me how to change the housing and replace it with a different bulb that put off less heat. Saved me a ton of money and time. Kiki is great too always willing to lend a hand and was able To answers all my Questions A+ customer service! thank you guys !

The store manager Mark was so helpful in changing out my battery. He measured it first to make sure I bought the right one and then installed it quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this location.

Oh staff is good but to point out one in particular Matt behind the counter might be a manager not sure but he's extremely knowledgeable courteous friendly just really great to talk to to get some advice on stuff don't lose him him he's a reason why a lot of people are coming there

I had an issue with my car stuttering, so I stopped by the Fayetteville store, and Marjorie recommended a Lucas Oil fuel treatment. The treatment worked perfectly, and I've thought of Marjorie's recommendation every time I fill up. It has saved me quite a few bad headaches as I drive.

Marjorie is quite an asset to the store in Fayetteville and y'all are lucky to have her.

Wow, great service. My college-age daughter stopped by today with some dashboard light, brake, and power issues on her car. The salesperson did a full check of the battery and a computer diagnostic. Everything looked great , but they discovered it was only a loose battery connection. I am so grateful that they didn't try to sell her anything she didn't need. That was so reassuring when I am over 1000 miles away. Kudos to Georgia and Autozone.
