Kroger

Just a quick shout out to the two older ladies in the bakery- I didn’t catch their names but they were so sweet and worked SO hard on all the cakes/cupcakes she had ordered the same day as ours. It’s the only bakery I could get to answer so they definitely saved our baby’s birthday! ❤

Kroger has always been my go to for groceries. Great selection. Great prices for the most part. Great customer service.

The cashiers and self checkout employees are INCREDIBLE! They are ALWAYS welcoming and helpful. The young gentleman working the self checkout area today 3/20/22 was so kind and attentive to this woman who was having an issue with the self checkout machine and helped solve the problem. He was very respectful to me as I was passing by and wished he would have a good day! So thankful for all the employees here at Kroger!

Best Kroger I've been too...

This location is another one of my favorite Kroger's because it's very low key. There is never a mass mob of people in here and it's one of the nicer stores.

I came here after another Kroger on the same road turned down my coupons for Tide. The lady was rude and I left everything on the belt. Drove a few more miles and voila. A totally different atmosphere. The employees are helpful and nice and the lines were not long. They had plenty of cashiers and stock of sale items which is what I wanted.

I went through the self checkout and the associate assigned to that area was pleasant and most helpful. Everyone has a smile and speaks to you.

Nice store, they have a sushi counter with a someone there making it to answer questions etc. I like the wine section layout and that it is close to the deli which is really nice. Overall, it's clean with good selections. Seafood counter is looking good lately as well.

I have shopped at this Kroger for the last 8 years, and all the employees are helpful and curtious. However, there is one employee that I see there almost every time I visit who is always busy, but never hesitates to stop and take care of a customers needs, says hello, and is always cheerful. His name is Andrew, and he is in the produce dept. As a vegitarian I spend a lot of time in the produce dept, and I feel well taken care of when he is there. As a person who spent 25+ years in customer service management - I feel outstanding employees deserve credit, and should know they are appreciated. Kroger should be proud to have him representing their company.

Very good selection and prices.

The pharmacist and the techs went above and beyond for me this week as I had started a new medication and had several questions, had to get new and extra info from the doctor sent over, etc. It could have easily been very frustrating, but they walked me through everything and even helped me get a discount! So pleased. Keep it up, guys! :)

Their multiple deli areas offer terrific, exotic specialty foods like, numerous cheeses (& samples), meats, Sushi, take-out picnic/party trey selections, and numerous types of value priced to high end wines. Their general store foods offer equally multiple selections from value to high end with hard to find foods. Kroger's covers all bases!

Clean facility and nice employees. Seemed a bit low stocked, but I’ll chop that up to bad timing/still filling from pandemic. All employees had masks and kept their distance, which was very nice to see. Thank you

I have been going here since 2001. The staff here is helpful, knowledgable, friendly, and always available. The gentleman in produce is just a joy. He is always there and always willing to go the extra mile. I wanted beets but the beets on display were small and I wanted bigger ones and just casually mentioned it to him as i left the area. He went in the store room and found the beets I wanted. then looked for me in the store. Impressive. As to the produce, I disagree with the other post, they are on a par with Publix and certainly better than Aldis or Walmart. And the chocolate section is unparalleled in Fayetteville. And open till 1 am, a total lifesaver. Please don’t ever change managers or make sure the current one trains the new one. Whoever he or she is, I never met them but I love them.

It's a very clean store, love to go there because they have a big variation on the organic section and pretty much find everything i want to purchase. Friendly staff and helpful.

Moving here from California, I had never heard of Kroger. This is a very big store and intimidating, so I got an aisle map to study. It was clean though, and the size explains why they have selection for almost any item. Nice. They also have an extensive organic / gluten free / non GMO section, which is awesome. The nearest Whole Foods is too far to even consider shopping there. Their prices are pretty good too. The same frozen fish fillets at Public were almost $3. more, for example. I also like they have their own gas stations, and you can earn points towards that. I've checked out 4-5 Krogers' in the area, this one is closest to me. I'll have to read up on their pharmacy, so for now I'll keep Walgreens. So far I like it.

Good place, lots of food. Wish they wouldn't change the shelves around so much. Like the fuel points.
