I was visiting my daughter in Fayetteville from Indiana. I needed my hair trimmed to shape it and put the layers back in. Jill gave me the BEST and most manageable haircut I've ever had. Thank you so much, Jill!!!

This is our family's preferred salon. Cuts washes and perms they do a fantastic job. Whether we go straight in or choose a preferred stylist everyone is friendly. It's always a great experience.

Liz was great very sweet stylist she showed me where the previous stylist at topics messed my hair up. I think some stylists are just good for updos and some really know how to cut hair and listen to the way you want it cut instead of doing their own thing.

The food has always been excellent. The service is just great. Everyone is friendly. I have never had a meal there that wasn't great, and with the service they have, it's always an A+! My son helped me grab a car that I purchased up in Pa, and we came dragging in around December 19th of last year. We had just enough time to sit down for an early evening meal. So, So, Fine!!! And So, So, much better than "fast food!"

I had a hack job experience at Salon Envy and came to Great Clips in a desperate attempt to save the humiliation of being seen in public with my grotesque haircut. I hit the jackpot when Jill sat me in her chair and worked her magic. She took one look at the uneven layers and unfinished sections and understood the assignment. I can’t thank Jill enough for saving me!!!!! She deserves to be charging 3x what she’s charging. A true professional.

We have been to this location a few times. Each experience has been pleasant, but our visit on 4-Apr was terrific. Two of my sons and I got haircuts and we all look great. We each had someone different cut our hair. Thank you for the great haircuts!

I adore Kim! She has cut my hair for years in Locust Grove and she transferred to manage the Fayetteville location which is much further from me. However I can’t bring myself to let anyone else cut my hair like she does! I’ve never had to wait and love her personality so much!!! If you need a professional…see Kim!

Ms. Jill at Great Clips fixed my hair after the salon across the street royally messed it up and refused to use clippers to buzz the sides. Never going back to that salon, I’ll come here from now on!

I visited the fayetteville location for the first time a few weeks ago and all the stylist were very friendly and professional! Alexis greeted me with a beautiful smile and took me back as soon as I got there! She was very sweet and professional and she did an excellent job on my haircut! I am in a wheelchair and she just moved the chair right out of the way and just went to cutting my hair! Thanks for that! Your very sweet Alexis! :) I really liked you!

Clean location and friendly staff. I have followed Kim through several locations and love that she is now closer. Will continue getting haircuts at this location. Even got my mom to get her hair cut here, and she is very picky.

I was glad that I did not have to wait long to get my haircut. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the shampooing. It is hard to be comfortable and relaxed because their really is not a head rest. Their chair is sort of broken. When the lady went to go lay me back to wash my hair the chair got stuck and then dropped back and I almost fell backwards. However, it was not that big of a deal because I was not laying back in the chair thanks to the stylist. Now as far as pricing, and cleanliness they were five out of five. I would go back for future haircuts, and I would recommend them to other people.

This was my first visit here and I was impressed with the service and the friendliness of the staff. I got there early in the morning as they opened up and I was the first one in in fact I was having a hard time getting out of the car and the lady come out and assisted me into the building. I told her what I wanted and she cut my hair and I had no complaints in and out easy as pie. And yes I would recommend this place.

Jill is my stylist and I have no complaints. I always get compliments on my haircut. If it’s not broken…no need to fix it!!

They were clean . But very unpleasant. Signed in on line as always. Received text to there in 15 minutes. Got there my name had been removed. Had called after I signed in on line to tell them who I wanted. Got there to find out I would have to wait another 30 to 45 minutes after already waiting hour and half total. They have cut my hair for the last 4 or 5 years. I understand with the virus they have to be careful but so do I. I can't sit in a car for 45 minutes. No excuse for this kind of service.
