The UPS Store

This is my neighborhood UPS store, and I've had nothing but good experiences each time I've used them. It seems I'm having to ship something two or three times a week, so I'm here pretty often. The level of service that I received from Sunny, Brad, and the other employees has been stellar. Regardless of how busy they are, they've always provided great customer service by being friendly and efficient. Even on those few occasions where I forgot my reading glasses and was struggling to read the information on the screen or pull up a tracking number from my phone, they have taken their time to assist me make certain my needs were met.

Although everyone might be busy or with another customer, someone always greets every customer that comes through the door including myself. Also, the gentleman that helped me today is ALWAYS nice, helpful, and just polite. I didn't catch his name but, he has been the main one that helps me when I come in. Which, has been quite often lately. Oh,I just looked on the receipt. The gentleman who assisted me name is Bradley. Excellent customer service.

Stick with Sunny and her crew. All who work there are very knowledgeable about UPS regulations and she and her team make sure your products get safely to their destination as best and safely as they possibly can. I don't go to the other UPS stores in Fayetteville mainly because she takes care with all customers that she works with. She'll give suggestions on how to package your things properly and everyone who is there always has a positive vibe which is a joy to have when I'm shipping. Highly recommend.

No lines. Quick service. Just came from the local post office where I waited on line for a half an hour. You can bring your mail to the UPS store. They will weigh it there and you can pay for it and it will be picked up daily to go to the post office.

The employee named John goes above and beyond. I had trouble with my shipping label email processing and he took the time to keep trying to print it for me, and after many unsuccessful attempts, he made it happen. The lines get long and he works swiftly and most importantly VERY PATIENT ! Employees at this location take time to assist your needs and work very well under pressure. My return was shipped expeditiously ! I will use this location from here on out. Thanks John !

I went to this store to overnight a wedding bouquet for a friend and I am pleased with the attention and help I received from Sunny. She made sure I understood all of the costs associated with the shipment, and ensured that it had the proper labeling so that it was known the package was fragile. I’m hoping it arrives safely! We use this location to ship ALL of our organizations needs! Sunni is extremely nice and personable every time one of us goes in there, she greets us with a huge smile. She goes out of her way to make shipping easy for us. Thank you Sunni and team!

This location is awesome. All the people at the store were prompt and knowledgeable. Although there was a line, they were speedy and very personable. The gentleman was able to get me in and out despite the fact I had over 30 packages to send. Thank you UPS!! I will drive the extra mile to shop at this location.

I had to drop off a package to be returned to Amazon. I received quick and very courteous service from Jordon. I also asked about shipping a package to a military base in Japan. Although UPS cannot offer that service Jordan was good enough to check rates and shipping times with USPS for me.
Rarely do you find someone who is so willing to help, especially when it's not part of their job description or even applicable to the company they are working for. Jordan, thank you!

I just stopped in the the new UPS store next to the south side kroger in Fayetteville. The staff was very friendly and the customer service was excellent. Philip was the associate who took care of my needs! Thank you for your outstanding customer service Philip! 5 stars all the way!

Staff extremely customer oriented and won’t stop until you’re satisfied. Of all the UPS stores in the area, this one is by far the best! They even have Sunday hours!

This UPS store is the best one I've been to. The staff are professional, quick, and offer the most price-friendly advice as far as shipping items/documents.
