Sean and Nisha were very helpful. They went the extra mile to diagnose my tire issue. Also, all the staff were really helpful, respectful, honest, and friendly. This place is very clean. I rate this place 10/10. They do not over charge for services. No disappointment. I will most definitely come back!

I visited the shop after I realized I had a nail in my tire while I was on the way to the car wash. The staff was attentive. The shop was clean and we were able to get in and out in about an hour even though they had several other vehicles in front of us. I would recommend this specific mavis over many of the others. I visited in past as I’ve never had a good experience prior to this one.

Excellent customer service. Shop workers were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Fixed my tire in a timely manner and had great communication skills. I highly recommend this shop.

I did some research on where to take my car to get 4 ignition coils on my Volkswagen. I am glad I chose Mavis because I was able to get the work done on a timely basis. I believe I have found my go to place for service.

I’m leaving 5 stars for the work that was done not the Customer service! So I’m a very busy man as I’m self employed I stopped in the middle of my work day because I needed to change my front two tires and get an alignment so I called in and made sure I would be able to be serviced upon arrival, I paid a deposit and all. I got there and was told it was a 30 min wait and then it would be 40 minutes for them to actually do the work. I got there at 2:30 and didn’t leave until 5:00!!! And they did two extra services without running it by me first, like who does that!? And what if I didn’t have the money to pay!? Any ways be aware when you go here and stay on top of what they’re doing to your car. Hotep

I was happily grateful to finally find a shop that was honest with an evaluation of my vehicle. They didn’t try to sell me anything that wasn’t needed. Their care and experienced staff got me on my way without excessive waiting. Kudos to them and I’ll be back to have my other vehicles serviced here.

Went for an alignment after replacing my front struts. Completed it within an hour. No problems. Koy (sp?) provided great service. Certainly not the Mavis from years ago.

S/O to Chris the manager and Mario the technician for the excellent customer service and for being educational and helpful when my car needed serviced. Every time I come it’s always a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend.

I have definitely received some of the best customer service here at this particular location. Very professional and courteous. Deserving of 5 stars. The staff is stupendous!

I'd highly recommend this location if you are looking for tires, breaks, etc. Visited for the first time recently to repair/replace a tire. Their customer service was exceptional and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I had no idea they also offer a menu of other mechanical services. I'd definitely come back and recommend you do too.

Awesome job on brakes and tires. I recommend the Mavis in Fayetteville. They did a wonderful job and their customer was spectacular.
