Everyone here was absolutely amazing! Dr. Daniel was amazing his attention to detail, how kind he was, and the constant checking in on you during the procedure just over all amazing. Jasmine was so great she was so helpful and kind she kept checking in on me the entire time. The two ladies at the front desk so amazing so kind. We were all laughing the entire time I was here. Definitely come here if you can you’ll have a great experience.

I was greeted in the reception area right away. Very friendly and efficient. The young lady who took my X-rays knew exactly what she was doing. My dental hygienist was very friendly and quick. I saw Dr. Powell today and she was very personable. It was my first visit there and I will be going back soon.

Dr. Powell is so good, kind, friendly and her office help is the same, I forgot the girl's name who cleaned my teeth, but she did a good job! I just wish Coast would paint everything in her office and upgrade her furniture in waiting area and dental chairs.... In her other office everything was STATE OF THE ART and I feel she deserves everything done in same manner including offering brush & toothpaste and not out of her own budget. I love Dr. Powell, she's real, down to earth and good at her profession skills.

Dr Rometta Powell & her staff is very knowledgeable. They explain everything to you making sure you understand the condition of your teeth & gums. Dr Powell is so efficient, kind, professional and friendly and her staff is the same way. The customer service is Excellent.

I was in the office today to see Dr. Quinn. Everything went very smoothly. I was in and out in no time. Dr. Quinn is very personal and professional. Rolanda displayed exceptionally care and concerns to my dental issues. She was very friendly, attentive and listened carefully to my dental concerns, always displaying professionalism. Dr. Powell was exceptional, very professional in addressing my concerns. She immediately knew my problem and made recommendations on getting the issue resolved. It was a very pleasant and delightful experience. I am so happy that I found them!!!! My visit with Dr.Powell was a different experience than I've had with other dentists in the past .the staff was friendly, .loose and relaxed.and that made me feel loose and relaxed. .Dr Powell listened to my concerns and made sure that I understood the logistics of every procedure that was going to take place and she did it all with a 😁.

Yesterday was one heck of a day for me, and *the only thing that made it better* was Costal Dental Fayetteville, GA and the Patient Quality Assurance Agent I spoke to- which I had to call because of the horrendous experience I had at the Peachtree City location that very morning. Please navigate to that location to read my review. I will not sully Fayetteville's page anymore with the mention of that joke of an office!

Costal Dental you have a gem in this establishment. I had a horrible experience when I was younger that left me traumatized and in great fear to go to the dentist period. Yesterday was my first time sitting thru a dental appointment and exam in YEARS. So to say I was comfortable is a grave understatement, and honestly a disservice to any other nervous potential who may navigate to the reviews first before anything. However bad your nerves are, this office will ease them. From sitting in thee chair to payment and financing if that is something you may need. Just read on.

Their waiting room smelled great, it was clean and organized, with spread out seating, and some of the nicest/funniest receptionist- all the while being professional- I've encountered since moving to GA in 2018. They had a water fountain that was out of order. Filling out the paperwork online before made the process efficient and effortless on their behalf, so I was able to check in no problem.

I did have to wait over an hour- however that was because my appointment was made thru the Patient Quality agent as I sat in the He Who Must Not Be Named office *tsk tsk tsk*. Everyone who did have an appointment was promptly seen with no hiccups at all. Truly a well oiled machine!

Pictured you will see how clean, modern, and welcoming their patient rooms are. The woman who was my technician had great vibes, didn't talk to much or to little, and handed me the remote. Yes ma'am yes ma'am. I appreciated her honesty when it came to doing the x-rays, and I would say that was a huge component that regulated my nerves. She even asked if I was comfortable hearing about some herbalist/natural hygienic things I can also start doing such as drinking clove tea. LETS GOOOO!!!!! I am totally freaking here for it. Lol!

Dentist Powell is a master at her work and most importantly to me, truly cares about what is going on in your mouth. She made me feel comfortable, was compassionate with her delivery, and made me feel hopeful for the first time in literal years. I now have a treatment plan. She prescribed me antibiotics, ibuprophen, and a referral. Offered resolutions, assistance, and reassurance... and quite honestly that is how their entire team operates. I truly believe I was meant to be seen by her, that is why I am so thankful to God that things didn't work out in Peachtree City. He makes things happen for a reason, and I am truly blessed and thankful that Dr. Powell was willing to see me yesterday 10/25/2023. Quite literally going to change my life.

** To any Momma that has a nervous baby/kiddo- don't be hard on em' its something that even adults struggle with. Bring them to Dr. Powell and save yourself a lot of stress and possible trauma. They will be in good hands.

Very good service ! Did an outstanding job on my teeth. The staff there was very sweet and I just had a great experience overall. Definitely has made this my new dental service 😊

When I first got there I am not going to lie I walked in with an attitude and a wall up due to the fear of past experiences with dentists. However, once I met Dr. Powell, the wall came down and I felt at ease. When she entered the room it was a spirit of calmness that entered with her. Dr. Powell was very knowledgeable and very straightforward. She truly cares and it shows.

Dr. Powell and other staff were very friendly and professional. I arrived late for my appointment and they were still able to see me. It was my first visit and I went to the wrong location. My visit was the best dental experience I 've had in quite a while.

All the staff was nice and very professional that I met Even Dr.Brown(Female Doctor I hope I'm saying name right)but like I said from the front desk to the back.they all took the time to explain everything to me so I could understand what was going and what they were going to do..young lady did my X-rays was very nice.

Kornesha and Leslie at the front reception desk was so wonderful and helpful. I experienced great customer service. They made me feel welcomed and right at home. Dr. Powell have a great staff working at Coast Dental in Fayetteville.

Okay!! I honestly love this office!! They really make you feel like family!! From the time I walk in to the time I leave I'm in the best of moods (reguadless if im having another bill lol). Dr. Powell is so AWESOME and well experienced!! Kira is definitely a PERFECT assistant for this office & Nesha at the front desk is EVERYTHING!! I've never felt so welcomed!! Thank all of you for loving what you do each and everyday!!! I honestly love yall!!

Dr Quinn and the team made me feel very comfortable during my entire procedure and visit. I will 100% recommend this practice, especially to someone with periodontal issues like myself.
