We purchased a car from Ewing a couple months ago. The buying process was very laid back, unlike every other dealer I have been to.

We have had a few issues with the car since then, but Ewing has been really great helping to facilitate warranty work each time.

Ewing has a great reputation for a reason.

I have Ewing bookmarked on my browser. I'm in Birmingham, where there are an excessive number of dealerships, a few of which I worked for back in the day. Somehow, after sharing the experience of my grown son purchasing the car he had been searching for all over, I was convinced of their expertise at buying the best to sell the best. And, doing so in a fair and no hassle manner. They don't have to. They take care of that before they acquire their inventory. It's easy after that. I only have 3 on my radar at the moment, one for me, one for my wife, and my son now with a wife and baby needs to move from his manual coupe from Ewing to an SUV. Where to begin. I reached out midday the Friday before Labor Day. I was interested in a 2016 forester. I wanted to trade in my car which was over and not that great of shape. After a couple hours back and forth he found someone that would buy my car wholesale. They were closed for Labor Day weekend and he seemed to feel my excitement for the purchase. He suggested that he would come in Saturday morning so I could test drive and purchase the vehicle. He absolutely did not have to do that. He was even ok with me being my toddler and tearing the car with my car seat.

The car itself is in excellent condition. He was very upfront and informative about the vehicle. It was very clean and was in perfect working condition. Engine was extremely clean. The tires have a ton of life and we’re very clean.

The buying process was extremely easy and Jimmy was a pleasure to chat with. My wife and I both bought new cars recently and the process can be very daunting and dealing with some dealers is less than ideal but I felt no pressure from Jimmy. He was very responsive and easy to talk to. Able to answer all my questions.

I would give Ewing Motors 10 stars if I could.

I had to purchase a vehicle after a wreck that totaled my car. My experience at Ewing compared to other dealerships was night and day. Every single person I interacted with was respectful, honest, and caring. My daughter and I felt at home and at ease purchasing from them. I absolutely love my new Murano, and would recommend them to anyone searching for a vehicle. The next time I need a vehicle, I will be going to them first. Ewing is the best!

The cleanest used car I have ever seen! I purchased my FJ Cruiser two months ago and have put a lot of miles on it and have taken it to the dealership where they could not find any mechanical issues that needed to be repaired! The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest! If you are considering purchasing a used car Ewing Motors is your only option. I drove a long way to get there but it was worth it!

Great family owned place with incredible pricing and transparent, honest, no pressure staff. A month later my 2016 Chevrolet Colorado Z71 with a 2.8L Duramax is exactly as advertised, has no issues, and I highly recommend these guys if you need a vehicle. I'm typically no fan at all of car salesmen but they're truly just normal people who treat you well.

First of all, for those who know me at Ginz Choppers, I don’t throw my endorsement to just any company. After a recent move from crazy Cali to the beautiful state of GA, I made my first purchase at Ewing with JR. Like most of you, I always dreaded going to auto dealerships. High-pressure, bait & switch, make you wait & sit, endless paperwork and hours long process. But with JR at Ewing, I have to say it was the most pleasant auto buying experience ever at a dealership. Fairly priced, pressure-less, simple, easy, quick and pleasant is how I would describe the process. JR is great! I am now a loyal customer of Ewing. Whenever I am looking for a used auto, I will go see JR and HIGHLY recommend you do the same.

This is a great place to buy a vehicle!! No pressure, no nonsense, straightforward and fair pricing. All the cars here seemed clean and well maintained. Non of the big dealer stuff to deal with. All staff were friendly and helpful and continued so after the purchase. We will start here the next time we need a vehicle.

This dealership is fair and very easy to deal with. J.R. helped to put my mom into a very dependable used car, and they sold it to her for a very good price. These folks give me hope, knowing there are decent folks doing business in today's world.

I want to say thank you to JR at Ewing Motor Company. Last night I purchased a "new to me" vehicle from Ewing and the experience there was nothing less than superb. I HATE having to purchase a new vehicle. I have had nothing but horrible experiences in the past with dishonest sales personnel, hidden vehicle facts and last minute add ins that suddenly make the vehicle more than the agreed upon price. I never experienced that shoddy, underhanded behavior here and I can promise that you won't either if you give Ewing a chance to meet your vehicle needs. The owner was professional, honest and very upfront about the car itself explaining how he had acquired the car, the blemishes that it had and the work his company had put in to the car. My husband and I both will be returning to Ewing when it is time to upgrade again. They now have a repeat customers for life! If you are in the market for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and go to Ewing. You won't be disappointed I guarantee it.

Thes guys are Awesome Jr is the best he is honest and does not use high high pressure spelling tactics. I love the 2021 Jeep Gladiator!

Ewing Motors was highly recommended by my best friend. My reliable car just hit 261,000 miles, so it was time to look around. JR Ewing was tremendously helpful.

Start to finish, Ewing did a great job during our car buying process. They were honest, low-pressure, and very nice and non-"sales-ey" which we greatly appreciated. But it was what happened after the sale that really showed the quality of service they provide.

Immediately after buying the car, we noticed that one of the power driver's seat buttons stopped working, even though it had worked fine earlier during a test drive. Without hesitation, Marty apologized (even though it wasn't his fault), and he asked us to bring it back in so they could fix it at no charge to us, even though we knew we had bought the car "as is". While our minivan was being repaired, Marty even offered to let us drive another (much nicer) minivan on the lot so that we would still be able to chauffeur our three kids around town while we waited a few days for the part to come in.

Without a doubt, Ewing Motors (specifically, Marty and JR) treated us with a degree of care and service that I was not at all expecting from a car dealership. Now I understand why others have given them so many 5-star ratings online, and I am happy to add my voice to the chorus. I've never seen such great customer care from a car dealership. We had a great experience, and we will be back when it's time to replace another vehicle!

I can be a difficult customer to deal with sometimes. I know it and I'm honest about it. This is why I was pleasantly surprised at my recent car purchase with Ewing Motor Co. They were patient and responsive with me and I drove away in my dream car at a reasonable and fair price. And for me to say that is HIGH praise indeed. I worked specifically with J.R. and he goes above and beyond for his customers. There are people in this world who tout about their care of people and being of great character. And then there are those who live it when no one is looking. They are the latter. Honest, kind, caring and knowledgeable in a way that is extremely rare in today's world. They have the utmost character. Plus, they are just a genuine pleasure to deal with.

We just returned home after buying a Lexus from Rick. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had in my 55+ years of owning vehicles. After a hassle with the Lexus dealer and the local Carmax I cannot stress how happy we were to find Ewing Motor Company. We were treated like long lost friends and talked more about our personal lives than the car we finally ended up buying.
