Clean store, great attitudes from the ladies working that morning on a Tuesday. Neither knew the difference between a training or running shoe. I was looking for a Nike training shoe I saw online for a Physical Agility Test, but one did find a pair of shoes for me for $34, which was extremely below what I was willing to pay. I told her I was willing to pay $60- $80. So, 5 stars for attitude and service and the shoes felt good on my feet. For $34, I didn't mind what kind of shoe it is.

I bought a book bag that I was had been looking for, but once I went in store the book bag was hanging up high so I needed a worker to get it, I go to the register and ask the female can she get it for me, she was like Is u going to buy it if not I don't want to get it, I found that rude, like woman all this drip on me u think a came to look duh 🙄 I wanna buy it, but she was cool just didn't like how she felt like I wanted to just look at it, really.. I was able to get it and cash out on them and leave, but for the future u see some one come in with alot of drip on expect I'm going to buy it, crazy 🤣 and I still have 5stars but it's cool, shawty act like I didn't have the money 🤑

The customer service at this Hibbett location was top-notch. The store itself was clean and tidy and they had a great selection of shows and gear. I'll make this my number one stop from now on.

The gentleman Ben helped our purchase tremendously. We bought way more than intended due to his impeccable service. It was very busy and yet He made my kids feel important and that is genuinely appreciated!! Thank you Ben. We will continue to come here as long as your here.

jessie was very professional and knowledgeable about the items at the store. my shoe exchange was fast and easy. he even opened the door for me as i was walking in.. also, he gave me more information the points and how it works. I'll definitely visit this store again.
