This is a mid range discount store. They got furniture and cloths. The furniture is somewhat deep discount.

Love this place. They always have new Barbie items and they are currently redecorating and doing a great job. They have lots of sales often. Great priced clothes, food and home accessories.

Great finds! Store was very clean and organized, staff was friendly.

Had to pick up an order placed for store pickup. I shopped around the store before going to the register for my item. Employees throughtout the store were super helpful and polite. Shelves stocked even though it was super busy. Went to check out and had zero wait time also, which was surprising. I had to complete 3 separate transactions(I hate being a complicated customer but sometimes things happen), had to pickup my item first which took less than two minutes. Anywhere else, it takes 15 minutes or more. Then I had to do my other two transactions separately. And even though I was making things complicated, the employee was happy to help and was very patient.

Great shopping done today 9/29/2021! I was glad that cashier Barbara was very patient and helpful with me I also like to thank the young man who did a price check in the Paw Patrol and Minnie gardening pitcher set as I didn't get your name but was very helpful. Unlike the assistant store manager who was very unprofessional and did not want me to get some sale items that clearly stated where on sale.

I went to return an item and replaced it with something even better. Personnel was quick and pleasant.

Have a variety of things and groc. Items as well as furniture store also of which purchased coffectabkes, end tables, lamps, mattresses

First off let me just say I’ve experienced the most amazing customer service and very professional service at this location. I will like to recognize Rob the store manager. Rob was very professional and made sure EVERY customer left with not only a smile but the items they came to purchase. Rob went above and beyond and for that I really appreciate the hard work and dedication.

Awesome place to get quality products at reasonable prices.

Had some nice furniture for the money. Was well stocked . The associate wasn't very helpful. And had little to no knowledge of furniture.

I love shopping at big lots. The store was stocked in the home goods and Christmas toys period not too many people Mask required. Great assortment of books and cookware and coffee. I would recommend this store

A very satisfying shopping experience. I easily found a few low priced gifts. If you're expecting the variety of a Wal-Mart, you'll be disappointed. Nice selection and reasonable prices. Online coupons are available.
